Kakuzu wins this. Summon shouldn't be too helpful seeing how Katon blinding it/forcing it to jump and thus no longer be capable of evasion followed by Gian piercing one side to the other will kill it.
-Kakuzu's tendrils should keep Ma and Pa at bay since it blitzed a Sharingan user as fast as Kakashi from several meters. Even if it comes to CQC with SM users, Domu tanks and tendrils end up overwhelming them.
-Atsugai+Zukkoku is not being evaded or overpowered in any way, so they die to that.
-Atsugai by itself also crushes them without any counters, most likely.

Kakuzu wins.

-Gamaken is turned to ash by Kakuzu's Katon-Fuuton combo. Ma and Pa can't overpower it either, nor will ken avoid it from close range. It can probably catch Ma and Pa too tbh.

-Frog Call is pointless due to Domu being able to block all their offensive attacks.

How is this balanced again?

All I know is that Ninja Storm interpreted it as Pa doing the water stream, Ma using the long whippy tongue.

Kakazu is too fast and would keep the toads on their feet and seperated due to his own agility and intensity, not to mention the hearts making things more urgent and copmlicated
