ok as u do the hand seals i return to be normal as i jump of then as the fire begins i use : (Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex

you wouldnt have time, he just fired a fire attack at point blank range. as you went back to normal form, he would be done doing handseals, and you're still stuck in the ground, so you can jump
