Okay, just gimme a little somethin' on what leg based Taijutsu is. What it encompasses and it's possibilities, then I want you to perform your most favored combo (which must include some form of leg based Tai) on my training dummy over there.

Urek couldn't help but laugh while he made his way towards the wooden doll. With a single dash, he appeared in front of the wooden doll within mere seconds. Upon arrival, he would swing his right leg towards it's head. Once Urek's leg connected with the doll he took a brief moment to think about what to do next.

"Eh.. I'm out of idea's sensei z.z"

He has shown his skills during the Chuunin exams against Gaara, and made the dry, emotionless and terrifying animal crawl. He trained for quite some time with the weights around his ankles and said weights would eventually make him stronger once getting rid of them. Why is basically because of the fact that you get used to the weights, training day in and out with them, travel with them day in and out and and even fight with them if not feeling like the opponent is worth it.

You become faster, stronger, more flexible etc. Especially with dem legs.

Always wondered if it would work IRL lmao

It does work in real life. Weight conditioning is actually a thing used to build muscles and increase performance. Although, I'm not sure if actual Leg Weights would be applicable due to their...clunky nature.

But anyway, we don't care 'bout the real world, dis NB, fam. That being said, take a look at these:

(Katai Omori) Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Try them on, and then attempt that same combo you tried earlier. Describe what should/would happen to your body and its motions when this newly attached weight comes into play.

Urek listened carefully to his sensei and did what was told. He stood up, and ran towards the dummy. As he tried to take the first step, it went quite easily but once he made the second, he started cussing. "GODDMMNNNNNIT WHAT THE HELL" his head turned red, his vines started appearing on the weirdest places with the feeling as if they were to pop. "The hell..." Frustrated as ever, he made the second step, and then the third, and then he eventually ran. His body hurts, but he got used to it pretty easily. Besides, he has mastered everything taijutsu related except for the horrific eight inner demons gates. As he started to get used to the weights, he tried to swing his leg but felt that his leg didn't hit the spot he intended to kick against.

You're my first LW student to claim to conquer the Weights on the first go. Not sure how I should react to that as no rule states against it... Meh, at least you acknowledged it'd be tough at first. Nevertheless, practice with these weights for exactly a month and then come back to this thread for the second half of training where I teach you how to remove them and how to properly use the would-be speed advantage in battle.

Here comes the part where you remove these Leg Weights and let it rip! Is that right? Is that the proper term to use here? Whatever, just take off your weights and showcase to me the difference it made on your body all this time.

Damage: N/A (+20 to Kicks, 2x Running Speed)
Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Urek after a couple of days decided to return. He... forgotten something. He walked towards his sensei and asked him what he was doing here. Urek kept thinking... what could it be? "Yooooooo I completely forgotten about them weights around my ankles, damn..." Urek slowly reached down to the weights and tried to take them off. It felt strange... as if he was a lil fairy floating around. He started jogging, kicking in the air, fist pumpin' and felt, how light he was. It was a completely new experience, he never felt so fast in his life before so he tried to run as fast as he could in circles. "AHAHAHAHA THIS IS AWESOME" the running eventually caused the dirt on the ground to rise up a little and form a little tornado whilst running.
