Then I want you to tell me all you know of Leg Weights as seen in the anime or on the show. Then finally, explain how adding and dropping Leg Weights affect these aforementioned leg based Taijutsu techniques as well as general movement.

Leg based taijutsu involving using ones legs to land kicks, flips and others in battles. Leg weights in general area a pair of weights worn on the legs which when removed grants the user increased reflexes and increased reaction time, this is very useful in taijutsu battles as it can help the user land punches on their opponent more easily. By dropping the weights the leg based taijutsu techniques become executed more faster and stronger, and vice versa for adding.

Upon hearing the instructions from his sensei, sakazuki begins to run towards his senseis shadow clone at full speed, entering close range he raises up his right leg and slams it into the clones stomach, while following up with a kick to the clones chest, and then proceeding to punching the clones multiple times in his upper body and then finishing the move with a punch that sends the clone high into the sky. Once the clone is airborne, sakazuki then performs a final kick with his right leg hitting the clone back to the ground.Alright, pretty standard.

"Pretty impressive combo there," the clone scoffs as he exits the mini crater. After standing tall as if nothing happened the clone then took out a pair of peculiar looking objects from its pouch: leg Weights.
"You already told me what you know of Leg Weights, but are you ready to actually try them?" The clone tosses them to Sakazuki. "Put these on, and then try that very same combo again. Tell me if you notice anything...different."
He then goes back into combat stance, ready for the next attack.

"Now I want you to keep these weights on from here on out for exactly one month. During this time you'll condition your body to get used to it and before long it will feel like nothing are on your feet at all. Come back to me once this one month interval has passed."
Yosamu then turns away to sit in a meditative stance, "Good luck on your travels, you seem promising."

"Good," the sensei replied. He paused a moment, then added, "Normally I would ask you to perform some Taijutsu moves now with your accustomed weight but it appears you've waited long enough already.
