Amongst boys her age, she is considered a "Surreal beauty" with such a unusual physical appearance, she was often teased in her younger days because of it, but is now sought after by boys her age because of it.

Personality: Polite and gentle. Sticks to her self and minds her own business. Often times, people mistake her kindness for weakness and try to get over on her. She plays dumb, but she is actually very smart and intellectual. She is good at reading people and their emotions. Very patient and never rushes into things without first understanding the situation. Although she is very nice, she is also very honest to a fault. Her attempt to be truthful might look like a personal attack on somene's ego. Description: By using their chakra, the user activates their Ringdisk's ability. Upon the user activating their chakra, the ring(s) begin to spin facing the target. The seals then activate, They then fire off rapid and multiple shots of small concentrated lightning blasts the size of Kunai that spread at the opponent. The attack covers a wide range 20feet in a circle. The speed at which the blasts come are very fast, when fired all that can be seen are blue streaks. The speed and power that the lightning contains allow them to pierce through rock with ease. They can penetrate through walls of water (within reason), but can easily be nullified by wind. If used in close range, the attack is nearly inescapable.
*Jutsu can only be used once per Disk.
*Can't use Lightning above A-Rank in the same and next turn

Lukaria often carries a staff with her on her back. It is 5ft long, and 2 inches wide It is made out of an extremely hard wood. Its her good luck charm. She is uses it to hit/get things that are out of reach, and also as a weapon. Her skillfulness with the staff isnt taught, but and usually goes by instinct


Steel Arm gaurds x 2
Arm gaurds that Lukaria wears on both arms, they start at her wrists and go up to her forearm. With these, she uses them to block physical attacks from weak enough taijutsu and swords that aren't sharp enough to cut steel.
