History:Luiz's mother was a hot brunette woman from Kumogakure. He was taught everything about his KG, the ability to turn his chakra into a powerful magnet, and he became quite proficient in it. When he reached maturity, he decided to travel around, where he met allot of new people bla bla bla, reference to some NB members, random Lili is hot thing, etc. And voila.

A Cloth: He bears a special piece of cloth, hanging from his waist. The cloth is made of iron thread, so it can stand even agains a sword, yet it's significantly more flexible. The cloth itself is nothing special, and has no special abilities and it is so filled with Luiz's chakra that no other Magnet User can magnetize it. But again, it's just a small piece of cloth, which Luiz uses to accentuate his pirate love.

The sword is perfectly adapted to the Samurai's abilities, so is capable of highly enhancing one's power, giving it the power of the rank above, without feeling it's drawbacks. For example, if one power is A rank, it will become S rank. If one power is B rank, it will become A rank, making it's chakra slashes more powerful, and it's chakra transformations bigger. ~Approved~ edited a lot of stuff, you are a jounin =/ removed lightning specialty, you do not fit the requirements, so also removed the stuff about combining lightning and magnetism, that wouldn't be allowed anyway. Also removed that stuff about chakra reduction and additional damage for your customs =/ also to actually move that iron cloth with your chakra you need to make CJ for it. On top of that might I also remind you that it's absolutely forbidden for alt accounts to share things like CJ with their main account.
