Luffy should beat Ace, since Ace isn't used to fighting Haki users, and Luffy has definately surpassed him at this point.
Marco probably beats Luffy, although his powers are more or less unknown beyond the Phoenix thing, he is definately strong, since he was WB's second in commmand.
Luffy is stronger than Law, undoubtedly. Just looking at how the fared against Doffy. Luffy definately needs to use G4, and Law could possibly stall him out with various OP powers of the OP OP fruit.
Luffy should beat Jimbei as well, because reasons.

I dont know how strong marco is, but MF didnt exactly make him an offensive powerhouse.
Luffy mid-high all besides marco. I give it to marco based on his defensive capability, doubt luffy would last long enough to really wear him down, but you never knw.

Idunno if you're underrating Luffy or overrating Marco. G4 Luffy was beating the living crap out of Doffy even with is long range attacks and going on defensive mode. Dude's strings couldn't even harm Luffy whats so ever. G4 Luffy has far more impressive feats than anything Marco has done. G4 Luffy > Marco, but with is healing powers, haki, and has better aerial battle he will out last G4 and win high diff.
