This fight will end with Law on the ground bloody and looking all useless and screaming "do it Luffy!!!!!" then Luffy knocking DD the fck out. Watch.

What has luffy done to make him seem that Doffy is weaker then him physically ?
Tbh luffy hasn't shown with Haki anything above what vergo has shown

Luffy covered a whole arm giant arm in Haki.
That's way better than Vergo's full body Haki feat.
Covering a giant arm>>>>a body ten times as smaller.
By that logic too, Doflamingo hasn't shown any Haki feats better than Vergo.
Luffy's physical strength exceeds doflamingo by far, Doffy takes pride in reach and evasiveness.
He never takes Luffy's attacks head on

It takes more concentration to cover full body rather then body part even if body part is huge
Doffy tanked one of luffy strongest attacks the fire mixed with Haki mixed with pistol as well as full Haki blows blocking it with just his coat
Haki hasn't shown better Haki feats then vergo true but he's shown better tanking feats like akoiji luffy Fire Haki punch thing etc plus is obvious that Doffy is stronger then vergo because vergo was under him... But luffy on other hand has not shown anything tht puts him in any category > Doffy tbh

Where was it stated that it takes full concentration?
I never saw that in any of the chapters, in fact more Haki is being used to cover a whole giant arm than it is covering Vergo's body.
Doflamingo didn't tank it, he still has a burn mark on his lower gut.
Luffy hit Hody with red hawk too, he still kept on fighting afterwards.
Comparing an attack that was used on Hody and still didn't KO him to the likes of Doffy, is not valid enough to say that it is Luffy's strongest attack.
By that logic Hody tanked red hawk, so he>>>luffy too.
In order for you to be Warlord you need to be stronger than a vice admiral, even pretimeskip luffy is stronger than some VA's.
By now luffy far exceeds Vergo, even Zoro took out the highest executive...

Anyone with at least half a brain should know Luffy is weaker than Doflamingo...it's going to take the combine powers of Law and Luffy to take down Doflamingo.
Pica ain't stronger than Vergo though...

I wonder if they each battle a Mingo.
Luffy vs Doflamingo and Law vs Dofauxmingo. Maybe Law can stop him from making string clones or putting his string in shambles or something like he gets constricted. So that Luffy can focus on the real mingo without distraction.

Then how will they even become a serious threat for the rest of New World? There are enemoes much stronger than Doffy in the NW, Luffy cant really go any further if he cant fight Doffy now

It's fully possible Pica was only called the highest executive because:
1. Vergo is dead
2. Vergo left/was removed from his position as Executive for his Marine mission.
3. The people that called Pica the highest are among the many who don't really know about Vergo.
