Ben Bekham is not a yonko and he made an admiral out his hand in the air and stop his movements , juzo is not a yonko and he fought on par with an akoji, Marco is not a yonko and he fought on oar with 2 admirals . A lot of people underrating Luffy here...while I agree he can't beat admirals, Yonkou's and some of the top tier fighters in the New world he can certainly put up a fight...

Luffy is around the same level Ace was and he's only going to get stronger those who are saying Luffy gets beat with no difficulty 'facepalm' Luffy's at a level where he can fight the top tiers I'm not going to say evenly but when he goes all out he would be able to hit the likes of an admiral a few times before being beaten.

Luffy beat an old sick Z in the movie. Z fought on par with Kizaru even during his old age and sickness for a while. This shows Luffy's strength. Luffy could almost fight on par although he would have lost to a health Z. Luffy is just below admiral level. The storyline itself isn't canon...but the characters appearance and strength have to hold some canon in it. Yes. Zephyr's past as a Marine Admiral and instructor, losing his family and crew, all of that is canon, as well as him leaving the Marines because the one who cut off his arm and killed his crew became a Shichibukai. The new appearances of Aokiji, Sengoku and so on are also canon. Also where Usopp has his Pop Greens. The only thing that isn't canon is the current storyline in the movie.

White beard was considered the strongest of them all and current Luffy is stronger than the white beard we saw at marine ford and old man Rayleigh thought Luffy all he knew and even said Luffy mastered haki early than anticipated , the student has surpass the master . Luffy is simply now the strongest and on a straight path to become pirate king
