Description: The user focuses a large quantity of raiton chakra into his dominant palm and uses nature manipulation to form into the form of a large four pointed shuriken around their dominant hand. Due to the intensity of the lighting chakra the shuriken is visibly much darker almost black in colour. Gaining a sinister color and a crimson border, due to the raw intensity. The user then throws the lightning shuriken and once it comes into short of the target it creates a localized lightning explosion that encompasses Short-Range around, the user can also split the shuriken into multiple ones. Due to the enhanced form of lighting used to create the technique, the target may receive first degree burns around their body as a side effect, and as a result they may faint due to the high voltage. Yes just one. When you split the shuriken up, does the area they explode also decrease? And does it work so that you can split it, and throw them over multiple locations, the same you can with real kunai?alright, chaos aye ?

Hidden in the wind are very small, tangible sheets of wind. The sheets cut into the opponents body, not deep enough to kill, but because of the sheer amount of sharp sheets it feels like they are being torn to shreds and by the end of it their body is completely covered in cuts and their clothes completely torn. Although it's not meant to kill, the sheer number of cuts causes an immense amount of pain all over the body.

Only thing I have to say is to not over estimate this jutsu. What I mean is the cuts wouldn't kill and because we're ninja taking the full jutsu wouldnt put them down for th3 count on its own , but at the same time the lacerations and sheer amount would make anything they did basically insufficient because of the damage done

Exactly, another thing to note it you can decide where the blades of wind begin. Like saying they start behind their opponent and then begin cycling around the 2m area to attack the rest of the body.
