Quick question for you lucid dreamers, how often do you just regularly dream or even lucid dream? Like, once a week, every night?

id say 1-3 times a week , if you take it seriously.

these days i dont lucid dream so often.

I've only experienced once. It's just when I realized that I was dreaming.

that sad feeling when you're dreaming a beautiful dream and you suddenly realize you're still in the dream that would never happen IRL and would love to stay in it but you know you can't sleep forever. :( i need a hug.

I often realize I'm dreaming and take control, but I can never remember the details after I wake up. I'll remember it for a few seconds, but only the end of it, and it quickly fades away. I'll be like "man I just had a crazy dream about......wait what was it about?" And the harder I try to remember it, the faster it goes away.

I've had a lucid dream a couple of times, and the first one was, pretty cool.
I was in a nightmare, running away from a giant tiger, then I realized I was dreaming, and can do whatever I want, so I take an AK47 out of my pocket and shoot that mother****er! Best dream EVER!

I have had lucid dreams a couple of times now and I was always able to control the dream - which is handy.
Anyway, one of the tips I read, was that before you sleep, you should already envision what you want to dream about.
For example, you want to swim in a bath full of soda (lame example, I know, but please bear with me -_-), then before you fall asleep, you should think 'I will get home, go to the bathroom and I will enjoy a bath full of soda. I will feel the soda against my skin and smell the sweetness of it etc.
After a while, you should be able to control your dream when you realize you're dreaming and it's even possible to dream something you want, instead of waiting for a regular dream
I hope this helps ^^;
