There is a way how too stay in a Lucid dream for longer periods of time and also a method , having 60 % chance of geting a Lucid dream .
You need : Pencil , Paper , and an (Alarm clock for beginners).
Step one :
Write 10-20 pages (a4) : When i'm dreaming I know i'm dreaming - each time you write this down , look at your arms - and repeat the procces , until you get very tired - now go to bed , lay down and look at your arms once again for 15-30 minutes.
Step two : set the alarm clock , so you will wake up after 4-6 hours , then you are in REM sleep. - and if you wake up you will know you had a Lucid dream.
Also certain foods , like beef , eggs , and bananas can increase the chanches of Lucid Dreams
Also you can listen to Alpha binaural beats music = also increases the chances of Lucid dreaming.
Step 3 : when in Lucid dream , spin around = it restarts the excitement level of the dream = can last longer.
Step 4 : Avoid mirrors , explosions , and freaky stuff , if something like that occurs , quickly spin around and think of a new place.
Step 5 : It's possible too build layers in dreams : when in Lucid dream , go to your bed and fell asleep : if this layer collapses you will be brought to the original Lucid dream.
Step 6 : remember to spin often , make it your main goal.
Step 7 : fun things to do in Lucid dreams : Fly , Use telekinesis to move objects , create lightning with your hands , smoke weed (in a dream)
