Wow guys, seriously can't believe everyone thinking broly>cell so easily? he would lose to super perfect cell easily and would struggle to defeat Normal perfect cell. Don't overrate him so much hes a cool character but seriously.

Broy movie 8 is stronger than perfect cell because in movie 8 broly was toying with full power super sayain goku and full power super sayain gohan but perfect cell was having a lot of trouble with just a full powered super sayain goku and when goku hit him with a kamehameha perfect cells mid section was destroyed but when he used a kamehameha on broly right from close range it did no damage at all so it's obvious lssj broly movie 8>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>perfect cell and lssj broly movie 8>>super perfect cell and I'm not lieing movie 10 broly really would eat cell for breakfast just like the buus eat people

This is Normal Perfect Cell for those who are asking, plus Cell can regenerate and also he can blow up the planet as well, when he fired a Super Kamehameha at Goku and Goku managed to get the blast of the planet via instant transmission plus Cell can survive in space as he has Frieza and King Cold's cells and he has the cell's of two Saiyans and would receive a massive Zenkai if the planet was destroyed.

being a sj2 doesn't mean much, gohan didn't train for seven years THAN fought broly who received a zenkai powerup.
if people wanna compare cell n broly it should be broly from the first movie

It's hard to determine, because the movies aren't cannon and technically Broly doesn't exist, he's just legend. If you compare the two though I still say Broly based on speed and brute strength. Yes Cell is smart, but remember that against Goku and the Z fighters, Broly was driven by rage and did not have a clear head. I think Broly takes the fight in a scenario where both are just aiming to kill one another.

When Gohan fought Broly when he was older he was much weaker then when he fought Cell. Some people say he was SSJ2 but it really does not look like it. There was no static around him and his hair wasn't back. He looked the same as when he was just a normal SSJ. Also, the first time when Goku and co. fought Broly, the energy they gave Goku was not that much. Sure it was from everyone, but if you remember, this was when everyone got their ass kicked and was knocking on death's door. They barley had any energy left. I doubt that total amount of energy + Goku's remaining energy was more then Gohan as a SSJ2.

You are severly underrating Perfect Cell espically as he mostly toyed around with his opponents and owned USSJ Trunks, toyed with Super Vegeta and even if Cell was losing he could Self Destruct destroying Broly and the planet and Cell can survive in space while Broly can't.

That's neat and all, but you forget when the movie took place in the DBZ timeline. Gohan was able to turn super saiyan giving the impression this happened during the 10 days before the Cell tournament. That means Broly was fighting the same power level Vegeta and Trunks. They just never went bulky. Why they didn't is beyond me. Also, if this was the case, why wasn't Goku and Gohan both Super Saiyans the entire fight since that's why they trained in the hyperbolic time chamber. Of course maybe Gohan going SSJ was a flaw in the movie and Broly was fighting android saga Vegeta and co. before they went in then hyperbolic time chamber. That would just mean Broly is MUCH weaker then a SSJ2 which doesn't make sense. It would also mean Gohan shouldn't have been able to go SSJ.

Also Broly can survive in space too. He is the only Saiyan that can. He survived when planet Vegeta blew up and saved himself and his father when he was a baby with that force field. Of course we don't know if he can fight like that, but he can survive. The first Broly movie messes up the canon so much its crazy.

If it's just regular Perfect Cell then yeah I'd have to say Broly can take it. Super Saiyan Goku and Perfect Cell were close in power, and while even Goku admitted that Perfect Cell was superior to him, it wasn't to an extent where Cell would've gotten the insta-win with no effort at all. Broly was able to fight off multiple Super Saiyans, and even though Goku ended up taking the win by the end, Broly overpowered his opponents for a while and Goku still needed plot power to really take the win there. The only question is regeneration, since that would make it difficult for Broly to completely eradicate Cell.

Super Perfect Cell would take it though. Broly never proved to be Super Saiyan 2 level while SP Cell was around Super Saiyan 2 Gohan's power level, not to mention having Instant Transmission as well. With that boost, Cell would be much more likely to win.

The Z fighters in movie 8 were all around the same strength, and I don't think Goku and Gohan were nearly as strong as they were at the start of the cell games (gohan was probably the weakest in the movie).

We already saw that non-powered up Perfect cell can just stand there and take Ussj Vegeta's kicks with no damage just like broly could stand there and let goku and piccolo punch him without a problem. Anyways, full power perfect cell is waaaay stronger than the one that was invincible compared to vegeta, and so I'd say he'd beat broly.

if anyone is overrated is cell. super perfect cell is perfect cell+zenkai . Brolly literally smashed Gohan's fist with his head owning him completely, the same Gohan who fought Debura which according to Goku is equal to Cell .

goku mention debura being equal to perfect cell or above since it was the only cell that caused any real problems 7 years back. The absents of lightning in a non canon movie is not proof that gohan wasn't ssj2. In the beginning of the fight gohan said " this time is different" as he suggested that he was a level above as when he was in their first encounter. Not to mention him, videl and his brother got their ass handed to them so there is no excuse for not going ssj2.
Also when "super perfect cell" appeared gohan was still confident , and he literally told cell to "bring it" . Only after he got injured because of vegeta ,he started to worry. Gohan's 1 hand kamehameha was equal with cell's kamehameha(and no cell didn't toy with him). So no Cell never went toe to toe with a full powered healthy ssj2 like cell fans claim.
