We all know speed > Power

SSJBROLY is a fast forum poster

so beats cell in terms of power
but its debatable in terms of jutsu, genjutsu
and it also depends on the ki blast scale

super perfect cell or normal perfect cell? broly wins against perfect cell high difficulty but stands no chance against super perfect cell. people overrate broly waaayy too much

Broly, reason being that the LSSJ is said to be the strongest among the SSJ's. Even in the first movie it took Goku absorbing all the Z fighters energy just to defeat Broly. In the second movie Gohan couldn't even defeat Broly as SSJ2, but could defeat Cell as SSJ2.

being a sj2 doesn't mean much, gohan didn't train for seven years THAN fought broly who received a zenkai powerup.
if people wanna compare cell n broly it should be broly from the first movie
