As i walked down the dangerous paths of the suburbs contemplating my next move in my villain career I got glimpse of both citizen and villain alike giving me a wide berth. I smiled at the realization that my name was gaining influence even within a place as dark and backwards as here although i was no fool, with infamy came respect and power and fear yes but it also catches the attention of heroes which im quite sure none of them could really harm me in anyway but enough of them could be a nuisance to my plans. "How bout i just get rid of them?" i said as i whispered a thought out loud, one that was immediately crushed before it could be acted upon, theres just too many heroes and not enough information on each of them to fully make my move. I grumbled in frustration as i kept to the alleyways in with a steady pace.

While dressed in his superhero outfit, Saitama is on his way home after buying some takeaway, he thought he deserved to treat himself after the incident that happened at the Zoo. He lives in apartment complex in the suburbs, notoriously known for the high crime rate, this never bothered Saitama. Worried that his food might be getting cold he decides to take a shortcut by walking through an alleyway. However as he walking he saw an unusual figure dressed in dark clothing with wearing a cheap looking clown mask, speaking to himself in a discomforting tone. Probably having a bad day. he thought to himself as he continues to walk forward.

Saitama also posses other senses such as accelerated perception, due to him having supernatural speed, his mind and senses process information at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down, allowing him to perceive what would normally be moving too fast to see and respond accordingly. Everything he sees seemingly moves at reduced speeds, seeming to move at -10 of their actual speed, though not actually affecting how fast they move in reality.

However while the senses and mind can follow the attacks, his body may not be able to act in time to do anything about it.

Note: Both cost a move slot each.

I continue walking down the alley ways as, to my surprise, a bald man in what can only be described as as a cheap imitation of a super hero from the 70's walks in front of his path. Looking towards the man and taking in his outfit I quickly realize that this man is a hero or someone cosplaying as one, the thought of me being wrong did cross my mind but it quickly left as at the moment i could care less if he is a hero or not, walking in my path deserves a death sentence. Quickly pulling out the blade sheath from underneath my coat I concentrate a high amount of Gamma radiation within the sheath to make a blade resembling a katana made of pure concentrated plasma. "I want you to know im not killing you because you look like a hero, im killing you because you stepped in the way of my path" with those words said I rush to left side of the bald man and deliver a horizontal slash to his torso. "Rest in peace"

Technique Name: Serpent slayer

Description: serpent slayer is essentially a Simple katana hilt with an empty slit right were the blade is supposed to sit. Exodus main ability is to control and produce an infinite amount of radiation,utilizing this the user will channel an extreme amount of radiation into the slit of the sword handle creating a blade. The user will condense the radiation to the form of a traditional katana, the condensed radiation becomes hot from the jumble molecules and creats a semi solid blade similar to plasma. The blade of radiation can be extended to long range at will, because it's composition is gamma radiation any living flesh that touches the blade will receive gamma poisoning taking 5% of the users energy stat in damage and -5 to intellect every 2 turns for 4 turns. Because of the quantity of radiation compressed into the form of a blade it has now changed to a form similar to that of plasma as such the user can cut through C rank and Below items like butter, and having difficulty cutting same ranked items. As the blade is pure energy each strike the blade makes does the 60% of the users energy stat in damage . The blade itself weighs nothing as it is pure energy making physical attacks(like slashing) based on the users energy . Gamma radiation has the distinct ability to harbor in clothes and other items as such any item that has gamma radiation and is touched by living flesh grants the person touched the above effects of gamma poisoning.

Note: large amounts of radiation only empowers Exodus and as such boosts his Int by +10, and Strength by 5 when wielding this blade(this only happens once)
Note: The blade itself emits visible radiation up to short range.
Note: physical attacks such as slashing are decided by the users energy stat
Note: Blade extension is based on the users energy stat.
Note: items struck by this blade can resist being cut into if the opponents technology stat is higher than the users energy stat or if made from Lead. Lead protection doesn't apply to C ranks and below.
Note: the user can perform other radiation related moves through the blade itself

While casually walking Saitama notice the sound of the sword being unsheathed, to him it was a high pitched ringing noise he could bear but could not ignore. His movements came to a halt, listening to what the clown had to say, he wanted to reply back but was disrupted when the man in black came charging towards him at full speed. While time was moving a bit slow for him, he realised his opponents speed was no joke, before his opponent could swing his weapon so Saitama decides place his left foot behind, and lean back with knees bent. As his opponent fully swung his sword he saw an opening and decides to lift himself with ease and pivot on his left foot to deliver a deadly strong jab with his right fist, aimed at the right side of his ribs, knocking his opponent back.

"You trying to mug me?"

Completing the swing of my sword i watched as the bald man effortlessly dodged my blade swing, lifting his body up from the leaning position it was and proceeding to counterattack with a quick jab to my right ribs. Ignoring the mans mugging question completely i vibrated my body fast enough to let the would be lethal punch slip right through,sending vibrations up the hero's arm. As the opponents punch fully extended i used my control of gamma radiation to create a gamma spike 3 inches behind the opponents body were his heart is located and mentally insert it into the opponents heart hopefully killing him making this a short battle, while at the same time bringing the blade down the front of opponent s body in a right handed diagonal swing aimed at the right side of the opponents body, my own body ducking low with the swing with both my body and my swing stopping at the opponents torso. as the swing is completed i form a circular gamma shield around my body .

"Not a mugging but something far worse"

Description: Having mastery over the power of gamma radiation Exodus is able to form and harden the radiation into any construct imaginable. Each construct deals damage and moves at 60% of the users energy stat, the user can also create gamma clones. Gamma clones are formed by concentrating a high amount of gamma into the shape and form of exodus ultimately forming plasma. Exodus is a being of pure radiation and uses a part of himself to create these clones as such each clone moves under Exodus's mental commands in addition exodus can see through the eyes of each clone he creates(maximum of 3), as they will have no autonomy of their own. Because gamma radiation is toxic to living beings any living being touched will catch gamma radiation poisoning dealing 20% of energy damage and a -5 to intellect per turn afterwards, up to 2 turns without re-contact. Clones will be able to induce the Radiation Poisoning, at half the damage ( 10% ), but their damage is Strength-based otherwise. One of the key characteristics of gamma radiation is the ability to harbor in items it touches granting any one who touches an item infected with gamma radiation, dealing 5% damage due to indirect contact. These radiation effects do not stack.

Approved ~ With Edits. Without ENE, your clones won't be able to use most of your techniques. You can, though, create STR based techniques for them to use ( or yourself ). If you specifically mention they're for your clones, I'll allow your ENE stat to be the main attribute, otherwise you'll have to upgrade your STR in order to submit high ranked techniques. Also, without INT, your clones are just puppets, they won't have a mind of their own.

As Saitama extended his arm he felt an uneasy vibration going though his arm and at the same lost his balance as his arm moved through his opponent, because of the unexpected move his opponent displayed, his reaction was to now use it to his advantage. Saitama would then leap and roll forward past his opponent, however just as he leaped he felt 3 spikes penetrate him in his lower back while still in mid air, making him tumble down as he landed. Rather than feeling pain, instead he was filled with excitement, his blood was pumping filled with adrenaline as he got up on his feet with a smirk on his face. "Finally, at long last someone who can fight at my level." Without any hesitation he charged at the clown with full speed, and delivered 2 punches aimed at his torso, first punch with his left and the next followed with his right.

As the opponent skillfully jumped away from the blade slash while at the same time making sure the spike behind him didnt hit a vital area, I heard a most interesting thing come out of his mouth. "We are not on the same level, not even close, let me show you the difference between our powers"Turning to face the opponent as he landed and immediately rushed me, i rushed to meet him, disregarding the opponents first punch as it hit the shield currently surrounding me, weakening it greatly. As the first punch connected i wasted no time in throwing my left hand towards the opponents stomach creating a shockwave outside the shield strong enough to push the opponent backwards. As the opponent is pushed backwards i materialize a Gamma sword behind the opponent in the exact position of where his heart is located, mentally commanding the sword to move forward as the opponent is pushed backwards ultimately impaling his self on the sword. I laugh as i watch the scene unfold. "I know you have something better than that up your sleeve"

Description: Excersing his control over acoustic radiation the user now has the ability to manipulate sounds and vibrations for an attack. The user can generate shock waves that push the target over, repel them, shatter them, and even cause earthquakes by shaking the ground,however all vibrations need a medium to travel through restricting the user to hand gestures towards the the target he wants to use vibrations on.(vibrations move at 60% of the users ENE stat and bypasses all armor C rank and below)(B rank armor can stop the vibrations only if the opponents tech stat is stronger than the users energy stat), (vibrations have the ability to inflict vertigo and as such gifts anyone who gets hit a -10 to speed) The user can also apply his vibrations to the ground making tremors up to midrange(tremors move at 60% of the users ENE speed, anyone hit recieves a -10 to speed because of vertigo). Tremors last for as long as the user stands in place(cannot use any other acoustic related techniques while in use as the vibrations needs a medium to travel.

When his first strike had been deflected he realised he barely see the movements of his fist, so for now he decides to do a temporary retreat, leaping back, but what Saitama also hadn't noticed was he couldn't see the movements of his opponent's too, and had been knocked back further and than intended. Barely keeping himself up from land Saitama thought to himself What's happening to body? Ever scince he phased through my attacks and those spikes penetrated my back, I've been feeling weird..

"This isn't over!"

Yelling at the man as he's finally starting to feel the damge he had received. At the same time he backs away retreating for now.


Health = 145 - 12 - 40 = 93
Int = 29 - 5 = 24
Spd = 30 - 10 = 20



This match was one sided from the begging I forfeit. Gg jagged

I watched as the man ran from the battle shouting his promise of revenge. I pondered on wether to let him live or not and decided on the latter, theres really nothing to worry about. GG bruh
