He is the every form to call someone 'snake-boy'. His skin is covered in scales. Green hair, eyebrows and eyelashes, with no other part of his body having hair.
Personality: Von is portrayed as entirely self-serving, self-absorbed, and selfish; he does whatever he likes as long as it pleases him in some way. His insatiable love for spilling the blood of powerful fighters in combat and his enjoyment of extreme pain, while doing so fuels his seemingly sadomasochistic desires. In order for them to grow to their full potential (so as to improve the pleasure of killing them later), Von allows the main protagonists to live in situations wherein he is easily able to kill them. Likewise, he grows excited to meet any new people he deems worthy of fighting or anyone with potential to be a good fighter and entertain him in the future.
With his manipulative and self-centered nature, Von is essentially a sociopath. While he does like other forms of love, he has stated that for him what is most valuable could easily become trash the next, and he will not hesitate to kill anyone should they not meet his standards. He does not care for what has happened in the past, as he is only interested in what could be amusing to him in the future or present. While Von's nature tends to be malevolent, he isn't an indiscriminate killer. He has no problems killing anyone regardless of age or ***; however, he only kills people who are in his way or those he deems "worthy." As such, his character is more simply amoral than flat out evil. He even assists the protagonists if there is "fun" in doing so or if it will make them stronger leading to a more entertaining fight in the future. Above all else, Von cares only about having fun and a good challenge, which may or may not involve killing people. He has a nasty habit of skipping out on Hero/Villain meetings.
Von could be described as pansexual, but in a very deranged way: he is attracted to powerful fighters, or people who have the potential to become so, and his desire is expressed through barely repressible murderous tendencies.

Origin Story: Was born to human parents, with a DNA Extreme-Mutation, Snake-like result. Didn't attain his powers at any age, rather, always inhibited them as they simply matured like any other living creature.
History: He was born to normal parents, though when they saw him, they were horrified, and left him to live at an orphanage. There, he was picked on by the other kids until he was four and was bought by a cruel circus owner. For seven years, he lived there, being abused and neglected, trained in combat/tricks, kept in a glass tank, and forced to feel ugly, useless, and freakish.
Besides that he was a human-Snake, if one was to paint his face with human-like colors, Evra's facial appearance is actually very handsome. That was a discovery that happened when one of the circus members painted his face. The young ladies shockingly wondered, if he was able to lay with other humans. Evra being much like a snake, he never stank, odorless and hairless in other parts of his body not being his face, one girl noticed. Fangs in his mouth, made him a like vampire more or less, like a snake he is poisonous.

Description of Powers:
Although snakes are meat-eating predators, they cannot bite their prey, so they swallow it whole. When it comes to Evra, he happens to have teeth meaning he chews his food as like a normal human would before he swallows it but, he also can eat plants and other sorts of human eatable food. While he can still eat as a human, he also has ways to still be like a snake, he has a flexible jaw allowing him to eat twice mouth size.
A snake’s unique anatomy also includes a tongue that is used for smelling, and smooth dry skin covered with scales, which are exhibited in Evra to an extent. For example, his tongue can transform in the forked tongue, when he wants to taste the air only, but not once it returns into his mouth. scales are composed of Keratin, the same element found in human fingernails; on the other hand, snakes do not possess any eyelids nor external ears, hence – they are completely deaf. However, they do get along by “feeling” the vibrations on the ground. Evra's other differing aspect from snakes is that he does have eyelids, and external ears meaning he isn't deaf. While still being able to feel vibrations through the ground, this tends to happen when sets his mind to it.
In cold areas, snakes will hibernate during the winter. However, in warmer areas they might only shelter under rocks during cold weather and then just pop out when it’s warmer. This logic applies to Evra also but, he can resist the urge for a short period. This is because he is half and half sort of a reptile and mammal, this leads to his body temperate to be regulated for temporary periods.
Evra is much well able to spit out venom, so much with great accuracy, as his venom can reach up to 36 feet and hit the enemy right in their eyes/skin. Once upon the flesh of their victim, the venom will sink within in a matter of seconds. Evra can make types of venom that could help heighten senses or other logical applications. Given he immune to nearly all/ countless number of illnesses, Evra is new evolution of better humans. Evra's specail case is his venom that contains a new super chemical called Orotoxin. Orotoxin as many as other venom toxins, target the same molecules that need to be controlled to treat disease. Venom works fast and is highly very specific, this super chemical made by Evra, is what allows Evra to almost never catch an illness. This super chemical, is an active Anti-Nano/Pro-Nano(depending on Von's choice) Mimetics-components — those peptides and proteins, working as toxins and enzymes – target particular molecules, fitting into them like keys into locks. This venom means Evra is the most deadliest creature and the most powerful cure.
Once a myth was known, that huge dinosaurs seemed to have pitiful brain sizes compared to the rest of their body, and a second brain–or similar organ–could have helped coordinate their back legs and tails.
