Strolling through the streets of NBVille, Jon marvels at the hustle of everyday life. How they care so deeply for modern conveniences that they spend their lives trying to acquire it.
Wait, hol' up, is dat that Doc?! Yo! Was happening cap'n? Listen, uhhh, I've got a little proposition for ya. Ya see, the boss says there's this truck coming from some lab later on tonight. Says we could make some real dough by pulling it over. Whatcha say? We could use tha muscle!
Even now, this man was proving Jon's point. Willing to steal from the ill to fulfill his own selfish desires. He had no motive other than the desire for the money.
Lead me to it. Jon replies solemnly. He did not yet know what he wished to do, but allowing the events to transpire how they would normally was not acceptable, so he would go along with the man and his gang.. For now.
The man and two others take Jon to a dark highway en route of the delivery. As Jon steps out of the jet black SUV, he notices headlights coming their way, and the flash off of the men's AR-15's as the light progressed. One of the men step out into the middle of the road and begins firing into the air, prompting the delivery driver to slam on his breaks.
Outta the truck! Let's move it Pops! I ain't got all night! The leader yells as he nudges the man in the back with the gun. The driver was noticeably nervous, trembling and keys rattling as he goes to unlock the doors. Seeing enough to make up his mind, Jon steps into action.
He immediately splits himself into four versions, each completely identical to the original.
The first two then approach the two goons that had been dragged along. They simultaneously make arm waving motions to tear their guns off of their bodies, being flung to the right, and then send their bodies flying to the left, directly into the side of the SUV, knocking both out instantly.
As this happens, the third approaches the leader and sends him spiralling several meters behind the truck in the same fashion. Flicking his wrist to rid the man of his weapon, Jon speaks to him.
Tell your boss that you failed, I have deemed your desires unworthy in the face of the price that it cost. Driver, get back in your truck, hit the gas, and don't stop until you've reached the hospital. I doubt this medicine will do any good, but it will help the hurting hearts of the loved ones to the ill, and that is enough. Go now.
Without so much as a second thought, the man jumps up and runs straight for the cab of the truck, jumps in, and peels out.
Jon then takes his leave, already trying to decide on what his next venture will be.
