Mission Name: Family Jewels

Description: Hanging around your local villain's pub, you got a hold of a pretty interesting case. An old dude from Oldsylvania, an old neighborhood on the outskirts of NBville, passed away in his seriously over-compensating big ass mansion and left an heirloom of 2 perfectly round diamonds the size of golf balls. Problem is, he had no one to pass the heirloom, as all his descendants died in the same house. Worried by the ghosts that haunt the place, no one tried anything. While most of the grunts and minions there dismissed the case right away, you still couldn't help but think it might be an interesting mission, either to sell them or just for bragging rights!

"As an experienced villain ive seen many things in my day but none could be as easy as this."

I spoke in a normal tone as I observed the house I intended to rob. Recently the villain hub has been spreading rumors of an old rich hermit dying today with no family to pass down his riches to and as a result two shiny and very expensive diamonds have been left in the house to rot, good thing im kind enough to take it off his hands for him. It would be great if the rumors ended their however theres no such thing as a free meal, apparently ghosts haunt the place and guard the riches within.

I whisper to myself as I control the vibrations in the ground to create a mini earthquake strong enough to shake the house yet weak enough not to damage the diamonds and riches inside. As the house shakes I use the vibrations to sense all the items inside and finally stop the shaking when Ive found out the location of the diamonds, with a small smile forming on my masked face I use my powers over radiation to transform myself into radiation and reform to where the diamonds are.

Description: Excersing his control over acoustic radiation the user now has the ability to manipulate sounds and vibrations for an attack. The user can generate shock waves that push the target over, repel them, shatter them, and even cause earthquakes by shaking the ground,however all vibrations need a medium to travel through restricting the user to hand gestures towards the the target he wants to use vibrations on.(vibrations move at 60% of the users ENE stat and bypasses all armor C rank and below)(B rank armor can stop the vibrations only if the opponents tech stat is stronger than the users energy stat), (vibrations have the ability to inflict vertigo and as such gifts anyone who gets hit a -10 to speed) The user can also apply his vibrations to the ground making tremors up to midrange(tremors move at 60% of the users ENE speed, anyone hit recieves a -10 to speed because of vertigo). Tremors last for as long as the user stands in place(cannot use any other acoustic related techniques while in use as the vibrations needs a medium to travel.

Description: The user has total control of All Acoustic radiation. The user now gains the ability to sense the vibrations and sounds in both the air and ground.(sounds and vibrations fall under acoustic radiation)

Note: this technique is always active and as such does not need to be activated.

Technique Name: Radioactive body
EXP: 20
Type: MUTANT
Rank: B
Description: Exodus physically transforms his body into a pure concentration of gamma radiation. When transforming into this state attacks that do not use led simply pass right through him withought harm, unless the Damage Stat of the target surpasses that of the user's Energy Stat. If living flesh touches him in this state they immediately receive gamma poisoning taking 20% of the users energy stat in damage and a -5 to intellect every two turns, for at least 4 turns if the contact does not happen again, creating a total of 20% damage and -10 intellect afterwards. Weapons and items that touch him in this state absorb large amounts of gamma radiation and as such gift any living being who touches it half of the above effects of gamma poisoning ( 5% of the Energy Stat ). This radiation poisoning doesn't stack with other effects. As a living being of pure radiation the user can reform anywhere within midrange of his original position.

Note: the user can only change into this form once per turn, form lasts 4 turns with a 2 turn cooldown and can only be used 4 times. Can only dodge one technique per turn.

I promptly vibrate the safe housing the diamonds until I break the lock, take the diamonds and reform outside of the house with the 2 diamonds in hand.
