Secret Identity: Roy Harper

Looks: Roy has auburn hair with blue eyes. He is tall in stature, around the same height as Aqualad. Due to his rigorous training he has become very muscular, most noticeably on his upper body. Because of his rather serious personality, it is uncommon for him to ever smile, instead a frown or a deadpan look being his standard facial expression. Speedy wears yellow sixteenth century-style hat complete with feather, yellow gloves, boots, belt and a red suit.

Personality: Roy's personality is in sharp contrast to that of his former mentor. Unlike his fromer mentor lax and friendly disposition, Roy was far more serious and is not at all tolerant of juvenile acts. He was fiery and short-tempered. He also detested being called a sidekick and snapped at anyone who calls him one.

Origin Story: Roy's parents died at an young age, as a result Roy inherited a lot of their money. Roy took this is an opportunity and trained hard, Roy eventually tracked the man who would soon become his mentor to show him his skills with a bow. His mentor was greatly impressed and made young Roy as his ward and partner, where he would go on to take up the mantel of Speedy.

History: Roy Harper the boy who would become Arsenal was born Roy Harper, Jr.- the son of a forest ranger. Roy states that he "never knew his mother" and in fact does not even know her name. Roy Harper Sr. raised the child on his own for some time. Unfortunately, Roy, Sr. died while saving members of a Navajo reservation during a major fire when his son was barely two years old. The shaman of the reservation, Brave Bow, raised young Harper in gratitude for Roy, Sr.'s sacrifice. Under Brave Bow's care Roy Harper was raised as a traditional Navajo and treated as a member of the 'Tachini' tribe.

Description: Arsenal's suit is a full body red and black battle suit made for Roy Harper himself . The Suit itself has multiple titanium plates located through out he armor. Though, as a result, there are multiple areas not coated in the supper hard metal. Though to compensate, the spandex material not plated is mixed in with a super flexible lightweight alloy which maintains flexibility. The plating covers Arsenal's whole torso, his forearms and the front of his legs. The inside of the suits has small micro sized spikes sending mini electromagnetic pules into Roy's body, this increases the rate message get sent from his body to his brain giving Roy a boost in reaction time and perception. The pules sent trhough his body aren't strong enough to cause Roy harm or cause numbing in his body.

Note: Due to the reinforced titanium Arsenal gets +10 in both durability and strength
Note: Due to the electromagnetic pulses Roy gets a +5 in intelligence.
Note: This electrical shock deals 60% of tech stat but it can only be used once a turn and requires a 2 turn cool down.
