You get branded with the nekura clan mark somewhere on your body. The Brand allows you to access the keigoku.
The keigoku is the dark energy of the juubi. The keigoku has the power to shatter the human mind.
An passive ability is that the energy is so strong that it rejects any type of foreign chakra from entering the body, making us immune to genjutsu and techniques of the sort.
The keigoku is delivered to the battlefield via portals. Most of the nekura clan techniques are centered around portals delivering keigoku.
Due to the fact that we have "chakra" of the juubi, the jinchuriki see us as our owns and wont attack us.

When the SO6P fought the Jyuubi, the battle waged on years and years and the foul chakra the Jyuubi exorted was so great that it scarred the earth, so dangerous that it was almost living, hoping to find someone to live off of in exchange for power. It latched itself onto Anshoku, burning the clan's symbol of Demon on his palm, the same very symbol you have on the inside of yours. Trying to get back closer to it's orginial master, it traversed back to the moon, where the Jyuubi was sealed. However that symbol on Anshoku's hand allowed him to summon this chakra through the use of portals.
As for the abilities, I'll going to post a section of them and explain each to ensure you got it.

This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.
Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head. Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.
Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.
Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes. An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.
Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. -I begin by sneaking back into my village, manipulating and deceiving all of my friends, causing them to blindly go to fight in another village, running straight to their deaths, ruining the village's image as well weakening their resolve, making them work harder to improve when in reality, no matter how hard they tried, they were still inferior beings that cant do anything.-

Perfect. ^_^ Now that you have a feel of how evil the chakra is, use this connection and try to open a portal. Ill let you know if something goes wrong.
-Using da same basis as summoning/reverse summoning technique, I bring forth the keigoku here by opening a portal both in the moon and the battlefield(same way one does with the boar lid and mud fall techs). I use the connection with the evil chakra to transport the keigoku from the moon on to the battlefield.-

-Aizen sits in meditative position, clearing his mind completely of all things except one; deception and manipulation. This was his main connection to the accursed chakra of the Juubi. Sacrificing the life of innocent and young people, all for his pleasure. He feels the connection with the Juubi and the dark energy before him. He used this connection to take control and manipulate the keigoku which was now in the form of a sphere, decompressing the sphere and causing it to flow outward in stream like pattern as if it were a river. Aizen keeps his mind set on deception and manipulation the entire time-

Nothing. Only Keigoku can pass through the portal and nothing else. Except the Jyubi but that's nothing.
Now that you have that part down, work on using it while using a other attack k. Open the portal first and release a Keigoku ball then fire off a fireball. Do it many times until you can do it at the same time.

Ahh, nother question, wut color is the keigoku? It says its the foul chakra of the juubi, and chakra by itself is well, invisible right? O_O
-Aizen opens his mouth, dropping his jaw down as far as it can go. After that, he once agains opens a small portal that is the same diameter of his mouth. He draws keigoku from the moon into the portal which then leaks keigoku. I use my connection with the juubi to take control of the chakra and compresses it into a ball shape. I then fire the ball of keigoku forward. Without hesitation, afterwards, I close the portal whilst also preforming hand-seals, kneading my chakra into flames, then compressing in my mouth, firing off a fireball behind the keigoku ball. On contact, the keiogoku and the fireball combine, the keigoku corrupting the fireball, turning the fireball into a black/purplish color and does mental and physical damage on contact.
I once again, open my mouth, open a portal, fire a keigoku ball then preform the needed hand-seals and fire another fireball right behind. I preform this process once again, and again, and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and then he falls down onto the ground. After so many tries he is unsuccessful and contemplates suicide. He then tries once more. He opens his mouth and opens a portal. He then, as the portal opens build up fire chakra and fires the fireball, with so many times of practice he could manipulate the keigoku alot faster and easier, so in that instant of the releasing of the fire chakra he compresses the keigoku from the portal and fire's a keigoku ball at the same time of the fireball being released.-

Akuma looks at Aizen's many attempts and begins to think this might be futile. He could be getting further along in his plans... he wondered how far Madara was with his half.. Uchiha Madara...what do you have hid up your sleeves... Pushing the thoughts from his mind for a while, he answered Aizen after he had finished performing the attack, finally.

In this case when it comes out if the portal, it is seeable. Every clansmen I've seen use Keigoku showed a deep purple chakra color, or the keigoku was anyway. Now..Aizen..use the Phoenix Fire jutsu Sasuke uses frequently and release several balls of Keigoju within each blast you release.

Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger are stringed together as a portal opens up by me whilst I grab shuriken out my pocket, I then creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner with flames warped on the shuriken. As the flames are spewed out, keigoku goes from the portal onto the fire volley's and corrupts it.
