I like all types of music, but as of now I'm searching for Anything that's rock/alternative/metal.
I also like it when rap type of music is mixed with these types of songs, like Linkin Park used to do.

These days I've been listening to allot of Alesana, Bullet For My Valentine, Two Steps From Hell, Disturbed, Static X, Flobots, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin and some other random songs every now and then, like Frontline by Pillar, or Unbreakable by Fireflight.

I've also been listening to songs like Stairway To Heaven, Nothing Else Matters, and some other old songs.

I would appreciate music among the lines of these bands.

And please, don't give me any of the following suggestions.

Sleeping With Sirens
Black Veil Brides
Pierce The Veil
Bring Me The Horizon
Korn
Godsmack
Slayer
Any rappers, I like Rap but I already have my songs.

Thanks man.

On that list i probably only listen to George Watsky, Mac Lethal and Wu-Tang though, I'm not really a hardcore rap fan.

I find it kind of odd how you put Spose there, he mostly makes comedy music.

Yea but his stuff's legit. Check out his album Audacity or the Peter Sparker Mixtape or Dankonia. If you like Watsky you'll probably like Webby he has a lot of 90's pop culture references.

I think you'd like Atmosphere and Eyedea and Aesop Rock and Grieves, they're all more thought provoking metaphorical story telling rappers.

Bliss and Eso are Aussie rappers who make chill songs with a more 90's vibe.

Atmosphere You should definitely give this last one a shot it's called little man.

Grieves

Idk if you played that Doomtree video but they're pretty good and not your typical rap group as they have some people who play instruments like Dessa.

Jurassic 5 is an old school group

The Palmer Squares

These are the ones I think you might like based off what you said about liking Watsky and Lethal.

>not liking Slayer

I second pretty much all those rappers.
If you want rap mixed with metal properly then there's Candiria and Rage Against the Machine.

Tell me what you think About these guys
They're pretty cool, not a fan of swearing in a song, no matter if it's just once.

And i like how ALL of you (except 12771a and Blac Lord) suggested rap music.

If anyone sees this post, as you can clearly see there is enough rap, now gimme some melow music or something, or just plain old rock and metal.

Here's something that's very far right:
Nice mellow song.

Problem is, I don't speak Japanese.

Try these out...

Type O Negative
Woods of Ypres
Agalloch
Wolves in the Throne Room
Alcest
Caladan Brood
Burzum

All focus on melody or atmosphere.
Be more specific on what type of metal, cuz there's too many.

If no like growls/screams then the only way to go is power metal, symphonic metal, progressive metal and classic/heavy metal (Maiden, Priest, Sabbath).
