Looking For A New Laptop[700-950USD]

Im starting school in august and thus would need a brand new laptop told help me with school work can anyone recommend any good laptops for me withing that price range i can afford to exceed the limit by 20-30USD but nothing more im looking for

1. Very fast computer[Intel core 7]
2. Computer memory [500GB And above]
3. Windows operating system.
4. Good battery life.
5. Medium screen[11-15 Inches]
6.RAM of 4GB and above.

I do not want to buy Apple Mac as its too costly and not worth the trouble in my opinion.

Or were you referring to the hard drive of 500GB and above?

you can get a yoga 2 pro for 720 manufacturer refurbished or 900 brand new.

edit: if you want the i7 model it'll cost 950 manufacturer refurbished. but if you are not video editing get the i5 model. the i5 and i7 are about equal when it comes to gaming and daily tasks and you save yourself 200 bucks.

If you want it for school go for apple s 1000 dollar laptop don't be a hater think of your own good as a pc builder (i have builed a ton) an apple laptop is better for school its not gona take your attention away with games and its operating system is more suited for the job you require too do if you wana game i can suggest you but that s not good

Everyone I knew that had macs just installed microsoft and windows and shit. Frankly I don't see the point either. Unless you do editing or design but still not worth the price

Exactly, it isn't. HP And dell can give Apples MAC a run for their money.

Can just get a pc and run hackintosh where you install mac onto the pc anyways. Or use VMware for the apple "experience".As for laptops, go to newegg or Amazon. Newegg is currently having a big sale tho. If you want gaming on a laptop, go AMD. AMD's onboard graphics is a hell of a lot better than intel's onboard graphics unless it comes with Nvidia onboard, in which case you best believe you'll be paying for that name more than hardware performance.
