First talk to the girl you like and make some kind of friendship with her.Talk to your best friend and tell him how you feel about his gf.If he gets angry just apologise then try to avoid him til he cools off and if your current gf really likes you tell her how you feel about the other girl.

I'm sorry. You can't really do anything unless you want to end up in a deeper hole of depression. All I can really say is if you love something let it go and if it comes back then it was meant to be. You can't keep thinking about her I know how it is I've had the same thing happen many times and it sucks because you can't stop thinking about the other girl and when you see your girlfriend it makes you not like her (the other girl) more and want the other girl way more. :'(
