A. While Naruto hadn't displayed that level of ransengan until SM, he did it later in base. It is achievable.

B. There's a distinct possibility that Boruto inherited fantastic charka due to having a parent with Rikkudo powers (much like Ashura and Indra). Obviously he wouldn't have ridiculous power right off the bat, but this could explain why he could use such a huge ransengan at an early age.

Naruto displayed giant rasengans in base, after he had tamed the nine tails chakra if I recall. So for Bolt to be doing such things is pure nonsense.

I don't care how much chakra he has, there's no way he has more than Nartuto at that age. Naruto had full on kyuubi eyes, first time he used the big ball rasengan on Itachi. He had to tap into that chakra just to make a slightly bigger rasengan. Yet bolt be making 10x that size in base, at age 12, with drastically inferior chakra...

Bold : Don't forget that Bolt has the fused form of Hagoromo and Hamura's chakra which is very close to Kaguya's chakra. His chakra quality would logically be far above Naruto's (Cause Bijuus are only a portion of Kaguya's power formed from Hagoromo's chakra). Whereas Bolt has Hagoromo + Hamura = Kaguya.

Kishi made NaruHina cannon for a reason. :lol
