People standard-ly ask me to post the last jutsu i learned so:

(Konoha Nenshou Sora) – Leaf Burning Sky
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user runs at the opponent, then kicking him into the stomach, following up with a spinning kick to the chest and punching multiple times to the upper body then follows up with a punch hitting the opponent into the sky. Once in the Air the user performs a spinning kick hitting the opponent into the ground.

And my descriptions have gotten a lot better xd

So your descriptions have gotten better eh? Hmm, let's find out. I'm going to attack you with taijutsu and want you to defend. O_O Then, I'll finish the teaching regardless of how you do xd.

I run at you and throw a right jab while at the same time, swinging my left leg forward, tripping you so that if my punch misses, you still fall. Due to my strange kick, it throws my balance off as well and causes me to fall too. As we fall, I elbow you in the nuts and headbutt you in the stomach. o_O

Pretty simple and weak attack. Defend. GO! ^_^

*As you are starting to come in and attack me with both your right jab and your sweep i quickly thrust my right open palm forward towards your hand and catch your hand before it can reach my body, suffering some damage to my hand but also keeping my composure. While i am doing that i see your leg coming in to attack me and i quickly bring my leg up and kick your knee as you are trying to sweep me, using your momentum against you and breaking your leg.*

I think that was good but i am not sure, and yes i do have a better name xd

Meh, could be better. But yes, you're skills have indeed increased xd.

Anyway, on to the actual training. O_O

If a punch is coming to you aimed at your stomach, what would be the quickest way to block and still deal damage?

By taking your arm and thrusting it downward in a flat extended manor, hitting their arm on the way down and blocking them from hitting you at all.

That's good but a better way would be to deal damage WHILE defending, all in one action. O_O

If I throw a punch and you can manage to block it by doing damage to that arm, you have effectively countered instead of blocking. ^_^

This next jutsu will teach you how to do just that. By lowering your elbow and raising the knee, you catch the limb in between it and crush it with the pressure from your arm/knee crushing the arm and breaking it.:p

Now, I want you to practice doing just that: raising the knee, and driving your elbow downwards at the same time. Do that a few times to get a good practice (and again, good explanations:p).

*I quickly start off by bringing up my knee and bringing down my elbow at the same time. After my knee and elbow touch i bring my knee back down and my elbow back up. I noticed that when i brought my elbow down it was slightly to the right of my knee so I quickly bring my elbow down and my knee up, moving my elbow a little more to the left then it was last time, making the position perfect. Then i repeat the process until i can finally do the move with precision and quickness.

How was that?
