Sure Temari can blow the pollen away just like Orochimaru could have simply killed Hiruzen with a long range attack before he used DRS on him. You know why he didnt? Cos he had no idea what DRS does. That will be her downfall. There isnt anyone who'll see a flower and think "the horror!.I have to get rid of this immediately". In Temari's case she has no info on Hashirama so she wont have any reason to destroy the flowers or blow the pollen away.
And Temari being long range doesnt mean she can avoid B.O. D. Firstly we dont know its range. It could be long range for all we know. And secondly Hashirama can just distract her with wood clones and cast it.
Lastly Temari will run out of chakra. She cant spam those powerful windtechs that often can she?
One more thing, Temari only damaged the 3rd cos he didnt have his raiton armor on that time. Sasuke damaged A with his shield on.

As smart as Temari was considered and intelligence was complimented, you saying shes not gonna try and do anything in front of a tech that an enemy just did?
Of course an enemy jutsu isnt gonna be harmless.
Theres no way she would think it wouldnt be. Her 4.5 in intelligence speaks fos herself.
In fact using her wind style is her main option.

Temari could actually win her wind is strong enough to level a forest there is no proof hashirama wood is stronger then regular wood she uses no hand seals for her justu and uses low chakra for each teachnique

In all honesty that would be nothing.
In part 1 Temari was capable of leveling a forest in the Sasuke retrival arc, part 2 her wind is capable of cutting metal(In which it did the Samurais armour in the Kage summit)
Plus doing what she did against the 3rd Raikage would destroy Hashirama.
Temari was able to summon Katamari a summon which cant be seen by the unaided eyes(as said in the description)

So Hashirama wouldnt be able to see her summoning attack him
And Katamari can end Hashirama with quick beheading dance.

She has the ability to lift off the ground as well.

Sorry but I see no way for Hashirama to win
