To me, they're even, Naruto has more destructive power (and he always had), Sasuke fights with a bit more finesse but is nonetheless just as dangerous. They have different fighting styles.

This chapter shows I was wrong as well as all nardo fans. This chapter telling us two things

1. Naruto can make 4-5 more bijudama just as big

2. Each bijudama can only blow 1 rock up at best despite of how massive its explosion is

TBH naruto has always used big attacks while sasuke used smaller and precise attacks. Both destroyed meteorites while one was better eye candy than the other.
