Neji I want to train under you. But we gotta stop this fightin! This mission I really feel was a chance for me to proove myself to you. Then I was hindered by certain rules and restrictions but then I felt it was biasedbecause i was bound to using low ranked ntsu and not giving my all. Im just trying to talk out my feelings since im sick of fighting with you. And SweetSasuke [sensei] im sorry, I forgot since i dont alk to u much. My sincerest apologies.

It doesnt matter how much the restrictions are.. View it this way, the more restrictions the harder the mission, the more im gonna be proud..

But hell_sasukse had no restrictions I felt it was biased because the other person was able to use A/S rank juysu, and im restricted to use a blocking move. My jutsu arent even that good. Im sure if i even used mountain crusher Id get in trouble. Its like what can I use then? Thats why I thought it was biased...

Well Neji, I understand hes a newbie and I had tto go easy on him. What I dont understand is his being able to use Chidori and all these A rank jutsu, while i am to sit there just saying. Ok substitution.its like my jutsu arent even very good. [non hyuuga]
I use my custom and my rain technique. I used acid rain sure, but the rest werent even close to harming him. And the fact you guys said whoever wins is a student of mine, its like why put restrictions on me. Why not pair me up with someone of my equal.

It would be messed up, unfair..
As you can see, there ae not many students online.. So we had to use what was available..
And the rain jutsu keep bugging me..
I can give you plenty of jutsus..

Number one you havent given those lists to me yet.
Number two rain is water the way I see it so Im cool with it.
Plus ive trained very hard under Blind and all that training is not for nothing.

well I asked Versuvio to make forums for groupd and set the permissions of each one so only group members can see the forum.That way its like we have our own hidden villages that only members of that group can see then I could modify the rules so only ninja form that village group can use them

Yeah I know but since I havent seen them I resort to using other type of jutsu. Like rain for that matter. and I also use plant jutsu now that i have the custom ones.

So are you going to forbid me or not. My whole future rests on whether you say no or yes. Plant jutsu are MY custom creations. Rain is how ive trained. Ive trained too long for someone to tell me i cant use it.
