no its just that there are genuinely so many strong characters , pre time skip he annihilates all supernovas low diff and drake (strongest supernova) would be ranked around 40th....

you forgot big mom, and crocodile must be under zoro since we haven't seen him after time skip and we haven't seen Drake so we can't say he is the strongest supernova because he was 4th place after kidd luffy and hawkins (before time skip)

Here is my opinion.

1. there are 5 VA's who are on the same level , these are the ones whom i mentioned

2.crocodile can use haki too , he is also a more experienced fighter , his haki is stronger because zoro has only just been able to use it in the last year or so

3.i don't think mihawk is on yonkou level , i think donflamingo and mihawk are almost equal , but donflamingo's conquerers haki makes him superior

4.marco was getting annihilated by kizaru , onigumo gave him a hard time , ben beckmann and rayleigh held kizaru back and ben beckmann caused a surrender!

5.shiliew* is not that strong , he is very powerful , but luffy,zoro and sanji are on the same level/above most BB pirates asides a couple , maybe burgess , this would be an opportunity for luffy to achieve a power up at the tournement

6.on sabaody archipelago drake was the strongest supernova , we have not seen him yet but i simply rank the supernova's in my opinion based on what we have seen pre time skip seeing as we have only seen 7 since the time skip

7.lucci has been seen in a couple of pages of the manga , when luffy pummelled caeser lucci is seen with somebody else , no doubt lucci is stronger , if he is in the new world he will know how to use haki , he was already very powerful. the fact he is even shown provides evidence that he will have a large impact on the story later

i assume this , he was kept on level 6 of impel down , there are several people on that floor who could use haki , he wouldnt need it to defeat zoro anyways , he can simply drain all moisture from zoro and make him a frail creature...
he can use his sand like zoro can use his sword and cut through almost anything

i think he did , i think he had armament haki , his attacks are too strong not to have it , but the other haki (forgot its name) when you can detect presence he sucked at since he was shocked that luffy stopped him from attacking whitebeard

2. I highly doubt in L6 you can feely walk around and communicate with prisoners. And it's impossible to just sit around and learn CoA which is stronger than the pupil of the WSS.

3. Mihawk is someone who is on par with Shanks. Not only during there days where Roger was alive but even now. Why? Shanks was willing to fight Mihawk when he showed up on their island but Mihawk didn't want to fight him because he was handicapped. Implying that with both arms, they are equal, and with one arm, Mihawk thinks he is >Shanks. Also, Doffy was so scared of Kaido that he gave up his 10 year legacy of being a Royal Warlord. And Shanks is probably >Kaido. And if Mihawk=Shanks, this means Mihawk>Kaido>Doffy. Furthermore, Mihawk may be Zoro' EoS opponent meaning Mihawk should be Top-Top-TIER. And Doffy is Low-Top-TIER.

4. Marco was not getting annihilated. If anything, Kizaru equaled him. Why? Kizaru's strongest attack went right through Marco in his fully transformed state. The only time Kizaru actually hurt Marco was when he was protecting Luffy and Kizaru cheapshotted him from the back, and when he had SS handcuffs on (another cheapshot). Also, Emperor FM's are meant to be somewhat equal, so BB=Marco>Kizaru.

5. Shiryuu is not that strong? He was equal to Magellan who has an OP DF. Meaning he had great CoA. And Magellan would've fodderized all of escaped ID prisoners together if it wasn't for them escaping via water. And if Luffy got this strong in the TS, than Shiryuu also attained more strength (not the growth Luffy had but still he did grow) meaning for now he is still over M3 (individually).

2 things:
Kizaru attacked WB, and wouldn't he attack him with his strongest attack? And since he did, it went straight through Marco, meaning Kizaru's strongest attack doesn't even hurt him. Oh wait... "it did". Tell me, who was the first to make a joke about the others' strength? Kizaru gave him his strongest, Marco smiled it off. Marco gave Kizaru an all out strike, he laughed it off. End result = both equal.

Marco was a tough fight for Kizaru. He even admitted so himself when trying to go directly for Whitebeard in Marineford
And his attitude just is like that. His care box is about empty
