Your list is pretty awful, and many on there can't beat Kakashi. Example, Shino would lose, since, take one of Kakashi's moves, water dragon jutsu drowns bugs. But in addition, Naruto, any hokage (except tsunade), and maybe 2nd mizukage

He will attach his bugs to kakashi while fighting, then absorb his charka.

Kakashi will slowly die, while shino is replenished in charka by kakashi charka.
