limit signature sizes

I know im new here but 90% of the page loading time comes from massive 500x500 pixel pictures in signatures and its annoying having to scroll down for ages just to find a 1 line post, followed by more pictures...

Im just wondering if you can limit signature sizes.

True there was an issue with multiple sigs so the admins made it so there is only one signature and so many text lines or links.I think the max size is 600x800.
