Yet madara said sasuke is able to see him due to rinnegan and naruto can sense it, but the question is, can naruto sage mode (not sage of the six path chakra) able to sense limbo.

Well the answer is no. MAdara knew Sasuke had EMS and Naruto had sage mode. He doesn't know about the sages power they received.
