Tenten can counter Limbo. Come at me bro.
i second thisTenten can counter Limbo. Come at me bro.
They are immortal...if they could be killed naruto would have done so instead of binding the first limbo with shaped tsb rods.
Also I never said they can perform ninjutsu...pay attention young boy
Also even if there is a time limit they still can just be used again...
What's your explanation for the shadows still being there and no clones fighting them then after Infinite Tsukuyomi was casted?
I don't get how that means anything. If they can be immobilized like how Naruto did and or they go back after a set amount of time, that doesn't mean anything. Their immortality is short lived. They're used again, they get stalemated again. Simple as that.
Did you not read the manga? The shadows were not there. They had already gone back to Madara because he was casting IT. The clones dissipated BECAUSE of IT. They were stalemating before IT interrupted them.
Clones fight shadows:

Clones defeated, yet shadows still there:

Also, when you see the clones the time they surrounded team 7, if you watch closely you will see that the clones are like Madara before he revealed his 3rd eye. If they went back to Madara and then return then this time they would also have the 3rd eye and not the appearance before getting it. The clones have the appearance of the user when he casted them. That's not what I remember.
basically this. You can't counter it unless you have the Rin'negan or Rikudou Sage Mode (Senjutsu of the Six Paths). It's all a matter of being able to perceive it and if you can't, you lose. With that being said, it's powerful but not perfect. Any Rikudou powered Rin'negan user (so basically Sasuke and or Hagoromo himself) can easily cut them down by being able to see them and Naruto or any other Rikudou Senjutsu user can take them down. Half Kurama RSM clones stalemated them, so the technique itself isn't some be all end all ability that wins every match-up.

He also said the shadows went back to Madara, which didn't happen. There is no sufficient evidence for your claim though. Not to mention Limbo was so great in combat that they were capable of killing Naruto and Sasuke, thus the statement: "If they kill the two of us, everything's over."Meh... it's an impressive technique, no doubt, but they're pretty much nothing to a Rinnegan (with Hagoromo's power) or Six Paths Senjutsu user. Manga>Databook, so from what we've seen, they're able to only use taijutsu.
Limbo's biggest (and possibly only) advantage is that it's a completely invisible, intangible clone, but its fighting capabilities are nothing impressive. Still, 99% of the Narutoverse can't do anything against it, that's undeniable.
How are you not getting that he's saying Naruto's clones disappeared because IT affected them? Madara's Limbos are obviously immune to IT, so they were the ones left standing when IT was cast.
In Layman's terms: Limbos didn't beat Naruto's clones, IT did.

You're just further proving my point. IT made Naruto's clones disappear while Madara's Limbo's were unaffected. Prior to that, they were stalemating.
