Well, this could be combined with most fire-jutsus, to make a flaming vortex, pretty simple.

Ok, so you create a vortex first, and then you can either:

concentrate it all in one place, creating a football sized ball, which you can then throw to your opponent or

shoot it forwad, as you concentrate it, creating a jet of wind

Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjuction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Basically, after the needed handseals, you will be able to spit a wind vortex that takes control of an opponent's wind jutsu and sends it back, with added strength
