For the first one, i would use it when im facing a strong elemental combo that i need to defend against or to get rid of any defenses set up by my opponent. For the second, i would use it to get into close range by running through an attack with a rasengan that would beat it. For the last one, i would use it when my opponent is about to defend against one of my attacks and i want him to forget something crucial that would make him lose.

I liked how you used the first jutsu. Oodama Rasengan is a huge ball of concentrated raw chakra, and woun't be affected by elemental weaknesses. Though if you use it against a powerfull combo, it's power might not be enough to protect you against it. Anyways, it's basically a rasengan, but using a larger ammount of chakra. Consider it learnt.

The second one is achieved by using both Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation. The generalized description is that the rasengan acquires the Element's basic properties. Wind Rasengan will burst wind slashes, Fire Rasengan will burn, Lightning Rasengan will numb/paralize/eletrocute, Water Rasengan will create bursts/spirals of water and Earth Rasengan would have a greater contusion force and strength. For different effects, you have to create a custom Elemental Rasengan (Ex: Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken, which makes microscopical slashes that cut the conections between chakra points)
Consider it learnt

The third one requires physical contact. You insert your chakra into your opponent and affect his brain, enabling you to erase a memory. Your way of employing it was quite right, so learnt

It depends. Anyone higher than you will be either affected momentarily or about 2 seconds or won't be affected at all. In the same rank, it's about 5 or so. As the rank lower, the time affected increases.

For the first one i would use it when i am attacking my opponent with a jutsu so when he thinks he can defend against it he is suddenly frozen in place and would need to think of something else or i can use it on an opponent that is in midair so before he lands i can paralyze him so he would hurt himself on the way down.
For the second i would use it when i am in short range with clones so i can surround him with a mullitidirectional attack that he doesn't see coming or i can use it with genjutsu to make him even more confused.
For the third i would use it in conjunction with a wind move to make it faster and i might use a fire move to ignite it instead of a kunai. Also i would use it multiple times with clones for a larger scale explosion.

Right. Also the person targeted by the last jutsu probably plans to use a wind jutsu to move the tags away from him. if you use a fire jutsu as you throw the kunais, the wind jutsu would only empower your fire jutsu.

If the person goes underground, then you can get him underground
