Description: The user fires a wave of lightning bolts at the opponent.

I simply want you to gather your raiton chakra up into your hands, then fire a small wave of lighting bolts at my clone. Nothing else can really be added to this, range is iffy but can do small damage up close, and can do more if combined with a water technique.

Tao listened carefully and quickly began channelling his charka around his body. He started to meld his charka into lightening. He creates a bolt of lightning. After that Tao maintain my lightening Charka into my hands and release it against your clone.


Advantages: It can avoid techniques that try to block it. It's strong against c level earth style. It is helpful in 2vs.1. Fights
Disadvantages: Wide spread attacks can block. It is a low rank Jutsu and can be easily avoided. Also not very effective in close quarter combat.


How you would use it in battle: A straight attack seems to be the smartest but since it's a short range attack, a decoy is needed.
How you would counter it: I could counter by blocking it. There is no other choice.
How you perform it: By gathering up your Raiton Chakra, focusing it into your hands and transforming into a raiton bolts.

(Raiton: Jibashi) - Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder

Damage Points: 30 (+5 if used in conjunction with a water jutsu)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Start by gather your raiton chakra throughout your hands, then manipulate your chakra to turn into a wave of lighting. The wave of lighting can vary in power. But send this wave of lighting towards my clone. This technique will do +5 more damage if you use a water technique along side it, this technique isn't the best, range is meh.

Tao starts gathering his raiton chakra once again through both of his hands, once doing so he manipulate them turning them into waves of lightining. He nows sends this wave of lightning towards Sensei's clone. *poof*

Haa! Tao said excited once he noticed Sensei's clone disappearing away.

Three advantages:

• 1. Useful in using decoys.
• 2. Takes concentration of your enemy away. (by interfering his/her technique.)
• 3. Quick attack and +5 more damage if you use a water technique alongside it

Three disadvantages:

• 1. Short range attack.
• 2. Not very powerful qua rank.
• 3. It’s the best of ideal to use it along water if not then it’s like crap. ( ._.)

How you would use it in battle: I’d use it as a decoy attack, since this isn’t a powerful technique.
I’d have to use it smart and make advances of the possibility.
How you would counter it: By blocking attacks, though it would not last long.
How you perform it: By gathering and manipulating my (Tao’s) Raiton chakra then transforming into lightning bolts.

Okay so, I'm going to need more detail when you're explaining how to perform each technique, please.

(Raiton: Raikyu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Ball

Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 15

Description: By gathering chakra in their hands, the user can create a ball of electrical energy and launch it at the enemy.

Gather a good amount of raiton chakra in your hands, then release the chakra in the shape of a ball of electrical energy and send it towards my clone. I like this technique, since it does more damage with a water technique, also the range is neat and, the ball is about the size of your palm, which is also neat.

Tao look down at the palm of his hand and quietly says to himself. Come on, I can do this.
He begins to flush raiton to the palm of his hand and as it gathers there, Tao begins to make it congest to form a solid ball of lightning. As the heated bolts converge the sound of the bolts converge, he uses his chakra to help maintain its shape, he then leans backward allowing his back to arc. I pull my arm backwards then rapidly release the ball from the palm of my hand, Tao watch as it travels through the air towards Sensei's clone. *poof* It disappeared succesfully.

Yataa! Tao shouted excited.


Advantages:
It is quite destructive if it colides with someone or something, it is small so it can be used it quick moments or close range to force your opponent backwards, the speed in which you release it and in which it travels is completely up to the user
Disadvantages:
It's small, it can be seen formed, it is not large and has no wide range protecting/offensive capabilities. It's speed is limited unlike the core nature of its element.

How you would use it in battle: Use it as in a straight attack.
How you would counter it: If you pull your arm back & then swing it across you gain a better range but your movements would be easily followed by your opponent.
How you perform it: This is performed by holding out your hand with you palm facing up, you continue to gather chakra around the hand & have it gather to a single point above your palm. A small sphere of electricity then takes shapes while expanding into a ball, very similar size to a rasengan, with an added current flowing around it. You would then aim it toward you target & launch the sphere straight at it.

(Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armour

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

Gather your chakra, use this raiton chakra to surround you, it should turn into an intense electric field that protects you by electrocuting anyone.
Note: It only works for one attack.

I've used this once or twice it can be hardly, that I will admit.

Simple. By attacking from above or under ground.
How you perform it: This is performed by holding out your hand and slowly creating/forming up your ration chakra, you continue to gather chakra around even bigger then using it as a shield by letting it surrender yourself. By doing this you stand safe from your enemy (for the time being).

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Go over to that hill. Then perform the seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together while running up the hill, doing this while also gather your raiton chakra will cause the stone and rock above you to dislodge and rain down past you, hitting my clone and release a wave of electrical energy. This technique is only really good for when you're both on a cliff or inside a cave.

Tao walks upon the hill, slowly then running up a cliff face as he focus his raiton chakra on the cliff face as he run up it. He now forms the handseals
Snake → Upside down Tiger, and then clap his hands together.

Turning around on the rock wall, Tao nonchalantly watch boulders and rubble from the mountain crash down to the field below.

Advantages:
- Lots of potential to hit the opponent

Disadvantages:
- Handseals from Mid Range.
- Location based..

How you would use it in battle:
With the right location I could use this to stop Futon users.

How you would counter it:
Most likely Doton to block the avalanche.

How you perform it:
By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. Well since there is really no doton technique that creates a mountain per-say; but you could create a cave or a small slope before hand, yes.

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Lift your hand up in front of you and send your raiton chakra into it, your palm will begin to glow a pale yellow if done correctly your palm will release lighting bolts in the shape of a horn, that will attack my two clones, shocking them. Mainly good for the fact, can hit more then one target at once.

Tao holds his arms out in front of himself like you would hold a traditional sword, as he focusses chakra through and into his hands until it glows a soft yellow, before shooting out a blade of electricity at Sensei's clones he pierces it before it spreads, shooting out from the other side of both of the clone bodies.

Humph, seems useful against numbers. Tao said serious.

Probably with Doton to keep the user of that justu away, otherwise I wouldn't know.

How you perform it:
By raising your hands in front of them (enemies) like a sword and as it will begin glowing a pale yellow you release it before the bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Why would you use doton against lighting? Lighting would rip right though it. Wind would work so much better.

(Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s.

Channel your raiton chakra into your sword, doing this will increase it's cutting. Then levitate your sword into the air, and focus your ration chakra to multiply the sword making two physical copies that you will manipulate to spin. Control these swords to fly towards my clone.

Tao reveals a blade looking like a sword, short and sharp, from his back ninja pocket as he quiet-fully is listening to Sensei instructions.
As Sensei is done explaining the instructions of the Jutsu, Tao now begins to perform it.

He focuses on his lightning chakra into his sword while he is doing so he holds the sword firm with both of his hands.

Come onn~! Tao said softly yet slightly irritated.

Now that the sword was fully charged and sparkled with Rainton flocks. He holds the sword up into the sky releasing it power on its fullest.

Now comes the difficult part. Tao said in mind.
As he then multiply his sword by creating two extra physical copies he now aims for Sensei's clone.

Haaa! He shouted as he the lightning spin'd rapidly towards Sensei's clone as Tao was still controlling it, causing him to disappear because of the effect. *poof*

- It increase its cutting capabilities. (Of the sword combination with lightning.)
- Useful to use after decoy.
- Attacking from hidden places. Trees or above from the sky coming.

Disadvances:
I actually don't see a negative side expect it might takes too long charging it up.

How you would use it in battle:
I'd use it after a decoy (someone else performing an easy jutsu) then attacking from behind or a full straight attack. (Which might not will be smart to do.)

How you would counter it:
Blocking it with lightning itself or otherwise use earth.

How you perform it:
By channeling my raiton chakra into the sword, doing this will increase it's cutting which is an advanced as I had mention it earlier. Then levitate the sword into the air, and focus my ration chakra to multiply the sword making two physical copies that will manipulate to spin. And finally controlling these swords to fly towards my clone.

The user will then land slamming their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

Gather your raiton chakra in your dominant hand, then manipulate the chakra to create lighting bolts around your forearm, then I want you to jump up into the air, then you will land on the ground slamming your palm on the ground causing an electrical energy to be discharged sending out lighting bolts into the ground and around you up to 5 meters.

Tao gather up his Raiton chakra as Sensei explained the Jutsu, as he gathered it up he lead it to his right hand which he then manipulate the chakra to create lighting bolts till his forearm. After doing so Tao jumped into the air, holding his right arm firm with his left and slamming it against the ground as soon as he hit it.

After he hit the ground with his palm it caused an massive effect. Tao stared as he felt electrical energy send out lighting bolts into the ground and around himself.

H- How was that? Tao asked as he stand amazed and almost speechless watching of what he just had preformed.

I'd personally not use in a tag-team but one on one. Seeing the effect of the Jutsu I would use it in distances.

How you would counter it: By using Wind Jutsu as that is the only weakness against lightning. Also jump. At least 5 meters away. >_>

Description: The user manipulates their chakra and then releases it in front of them whilst holding their hands out and they generate a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. The user can use this defence to shock enemy targets who attempt close range combat and deliver a small electrical shock that can temporarily reduce their physical capabilities.

I want you to send your chakra out in front of you, holding your hands out there also. Then from there I want you to manipulate the chakra to form a wall of lighting. That you can use to defend against some attacks. If the target gets too close to the wall, you can let off a small shock that can reduce their physical capabilities temporarily.

He slowly releases the lightning chakra thinking of the properties of lightning so that Tao would know what he is intend to make. As Tao is thinking forward he releases the chakra and performs the nature transformation, now he uses that to transform the nature of my chakra into one that is piercing. At last Tao uses his chakra to coat it around the lightning and shape it into a wall in front of me.

How was that? Tao asked with a soft but confident tone.

Splendid, a good defense. The only lightning defense I have ever read about.

Disadvances:
I don't see any disadvances.
How you would use it in battle:
Well not offensively uses whatsoever.. But surely in defensive modes – Against earth techniques like projectiles. If I create a wall like this the earth will simply go through and it will crumble into pieces, which would be effective because lightning is strong against earth.

How you would counter it:
Because this is purely defensive, I don't think a counter attack is needed. xD But if you want your opponent to stop this technique so they can't defend against the earth projectile, I think I would start off with a wind technique like wind blade. Because wind is strong against lightning they can't use this technique or else they'd get hurt.

How you perform it: I gather up my lightning chakra in my body and direct it over to my left palm. I slowly release that lightning chakra thinking of the properties of lightning so I would know what I intend to make. As i release the chakra I perform nature transformation, I use that to transform the nature of my chakra into one that is piercing. With nature transformation I am able to change my chakra into actual lightning. I use my chakra to coat it around the lightning and shape it into a wall in front of me.

Okay so I wan you to gather and then releasing your lighting chakra out in front of you, then manipulate the chakra into a half dome of lighting from there you will push it towards my clone, as it reaches my clone it will both shock him, and push him back somewhat, the range could be better. D:
