Description: The user gathers lightning chakra around his fist, generating a sphere of pure lightning around it. The user can then punch a target, unleashing the lightning in the form of a localized electrical explosion.
With this one, I simply want you to gather some lighting chakra around either one of your hands, make a fist with said hand, using the chakra I want you to manipulate it in the form of a spear made out of pure lighting then, I want you to punch my clone releasing the lighting to cause a localized electrical explosion. Thing with this technique you have to be close range, so good if you are good with taijutsu.

Preform: Tao starts off by simply gathering a small amount of lighting chakra around either one of both of his hands, he then makes a fist with his left hand, using the chakra to manipulate it in it's form like a spear.
He then gets ready to punch the clone next to Sensei, releasing the lighting to cause a localized electrical explosion.

Counter: Well obvious reasons would be cause its the type i prefer to use in battle and a great technique to deliver damage to an soaked opponent.

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.
With this one, I want you to either place your hand in the air, or your weapon in the air from their I want you to send chakra from your body to your hand and send lighting into the air/clouds. From there it allows you to create lighting strikes down towards my clone, or anywhere you wish.

Pros
• An easy and less time consuming tech along with the fact it doesn't require handseals.
• The range isn't bad for the tech.
Cons
• Requires Clouds (?)
Combinations-strategies:
Like you said you could force your opponent in a corner then use this jutsu, or possibly using Earth Mud shots towards their feet sticking them to the ground, with the opponent unable to move you could use this tech.
Ways to counter this technique:
I would use Earth release under ground projection fish technique to merge with the ground below and utilize chakra to emerge at long range evading the range of the tech and using high rank tech to finish him off.
