How you would use it in battle:
I would use this in a close up fight with someone who is either using taijutsu or kenjutsu because it can cut through regular blades as shown with killer bee and the Executioneer blade
How would you counter it:
I would keep at a distance if my opponent uses this technique
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can) :

Sasuke retrieves his sword from its puch and holds it in his right hand infront of him he focuses his chakra into his palm and then releases it into the blade, in an instant the blade is covered in electricity he runs towards nathans clone and slashes at its chest causing it to suffer a severe cut and be shocked by the lightning dispersing it.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

So simple enough, perform the seal hold your right or left hand up into the, gathering up lighting chakra in said hand, then release the chakra as a lighting towards the sky which will storm down from the sky shocking your target.

I would use this jutsu to hit an enemy either in my first turn or after using the HLAM technique then Double Suicide Decapitation Technique to keep them in one place

HLAM technique could help me sway away from this technique or by blowing myself away with a fuuton technique
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can) :

Sasuke performs the Ram handsign and holds both his hands in the air he channels Raiton chakra into his palm's and releases it into the sky shortly after a few seconds bolts of electricity surge through the clouds and them come roaring down as a single bolt of lightning striking Nathan's clone with a powerful bolt of electricity dispersing it almost immediately.

(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

So with this one, you get a pick. Take out two shuriken (large) or one of those windmill shuriken, channel your lighting chakra into one of those options. You will throw it at my clone, it should pin him down, you will also attached a electrical cable to the shuriken/s so you can control them. Obviously do that before you throw them/it. Back to the pinning them down back, the lighting chakra will shock my clone, and numbing them. Causing them to have trouble moving.

I would use this technique as a starting move, to test my opponents power, or to take out clones

Use a fuuton technique to turn them on my opponent, or use the previous jutsu to channel raiton chakra into my sword and block them and cut the cable

Sasuke pulls out two large shuriken from a nearby pouch and attaches a long cable between them and him, he focuses Raiton chakra into both of his arms and into his hands, he then sends the Raiton chakra into the shuriken themselves causing them to have surges of electricity surge throughout them, he throws them both at Nathan's clone they hit Nathan's clone in both shoulders causing it to collapse and be shocked by the electricity causing it to disperse

Simple technique, it is release via your hands. This lighting has a purple tilt to it. The range is really poor though.

Simple technique, it is release via your hands. This lighting has a purple tilt to it. The range is really poor though.

I would use this technique to blind my opponent with clones, such as lightning clones

Sasuke channels his Raiton chakra into his 2 palms he holds them out in front of him and releases the chakra out of his palm, it begins to take a bright purple light and suddenly shoots out multiple beams of electricity that hit Nathan's clone in multiple areas shocking him and pushing him back, it soon disperses into smoke

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

The description pretty much tells you all, thing I like about this. No hand seals, so very fast technique.

I would use this technique to make a defence jutsu into a offence jutsu aswell giving me the chance of another 2 jutsu whilst succesfully defending and attacking

Use simple fuuton or a simple doton technique to either launch myself into the air or back to a further range

Sasuke holds his hands close to each other and focuses his chakra into his palms, after gathering enough chakra a small ball of electricity forms, he focuses and releases the jutsu towards Nathan's clone shortly after being launched it explodes into a massive wave of electricity shocking Nathan's clone causing it to disperse

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into the air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.
Note: Lasts only the turn in which its used.

So mustered up some lighting chakra in your hand, manipulate it so it forms into a orb, once you've done that throw it into the air. About in the middle of you and my clone, from that as it remains in the air it will start to rain down many many lighting bolts at my clone, shocking him. This technique would be best if you used a water technique while the technique is in the air since it takes some time to release the bolts of lighting.

Great for hitting multiple targets and going for the kill.

Use a fuuton technique to blow the clouds away, interrupt the jutsu before he focuses enough chakra into it

Sasuke holds his hands together like last time and focuses chakra into a small orb between them, after gathering enough chakra into the orb he sends the orb into the sky, nearly immediatly the clouds begin to darken and before Sasuke knew it lightning bolts began to shoot down as amazing speeds and disperse Nathan's clone immediatly

1. I like this technique because it can surprise any opponent making them think it could possibly be the rain tiger at will technique and not what it actually is unless a/ They have learnt the technique themselves or b/ do a meta game > . >

2. I like this technique because it is fast, and quick great for a quick kill or to hit multiple targets at a time

3. I like this technique because it has both offensive and defensive purposes it gives me the opportunity to have 2 spare moves open to attack and remain on the offensive.

A-rank time. Perform the four hand seals, and then release your lighting chakra out in front of you in the form of lighting disks, then sent them towards my clone. The desks a medium sized, max of seven.

I would counter this technique by blowing the disks away from me or back at my opponent with fuuton
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can) :
Sasuke performs the series of hands signs and gathers his Raiton chakra into both of his arms, he holds them out and after gathering enough chakra releases the stored up chakra into a wave of electricity, within seconds of forming a line of electricity it turns into 3 round shaped discs of lightning that cut nathan's clone on both sides and at the chest causing it to disperse into smoke.

Type: Offense
Range: Short

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

Perform the large amount of seals, then very carefully gather up your lighting chakra in one of your hands, the chakra needs to be highly concentrated if done correctly. You will have made a sphere in your hand, that is crackling around your hand with lighting, then from that you will run up to my clone and thrust your hand forward aiming for his chest, doing massive damage, if you manage to land this one someone they most likely will die.

Once you complete lighting you will be able to use this technique with just one handseal.

2. if one dosen't have a sasuke or kakashi bio or a raiton specialty bio it leaves the user wide open during the hand sign phase

I would greatly use this jutsu against CQC people and in conjunction with clones

I could counter this technique by just blowing my opponent back and keeping my distance

Psh Sasuke bio no hand signs U_U

Sasuke holds his arm with his other arm right infront of him, he focuses a massive amount of raiton chakra into his palm and releases it and controls it to cover Sasuke's entire hand, once his entire hand was covered in electricity he ran at Nathan's clone up and got up real close he pulled back his hand and then thrusted it forward into the clone's heart causing it to disperse immediatly

Take out a large shuriken, then by channelling the chidori into it, it will cause paralysing on a target when it is thrown.

Sasuke performs the Chidori he just previously learnt into his hand, he then with his other hand pulls out 5 shuriken from his pouch and throws them over to the hand that has chidori focused within it he then channels his Raiton chakra into the shuriken and launch them at Nathan's clone and within seconds hit Nathan's clone in the legs, chest and then the head
