1. If possible they could use a powerful fuuton to keep the lightning away
2. If possible the opponent can possibly use a small doton technique to push the pillars out of the ground.
3. If quick enough the opponent could jump high into the air
How you would use it in battle:
I would use this technique, by using it to put my opponent almost into a corner I would jump in the air and use a fireball jutsu in the middle of the pillars making sure they cant escape that way
How would you counter it:
I could use a Doton technique to push the pillars out of the ground stopping the attack
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Sasuke channels a large amount of Raiton chakra into both his palms, after gathering this large amount of chakra bolts of lightnig fizzle through Sasuke's hands he slams them both down on the ground first right then left and immediatly sends the chakra throughout the ground and pushes 4 pillars out of the ground surrounding the Castiel's clone nearly immediatly electrofies the clone with massive shocks of electricity causing it to puff into smoke instantly.

Use a simple water justu, then gather your raiton chakra up and release a wave of electricity that will electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. This can be used without the water tech, but the power is moderate.

Sasuke begins by using the basic water technique to surround Nathan's clone in water he than began to channel raiton chakra into his palm and slams it onto the puddle of water it sends strong bolts of electricity throughout the water and connects wiith Nathan's clone instantly shocking it and causing it to puff into smoke.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.

So with this one, you will bring your hands together and gather up your lighting chakra that you will then manlipulature it into a electrical current. That you will slam your hands on the ground to release said current though the earth, this technique will race though the earth, ripping up the earth. It can also be used to take more then one targets, by splitting off.

I would use this to possibly temporarily paralyse summons or to hit multiple targets at once.

Jump up into the air or pushing myself out of the way with a fuuton technique
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):*
Sasuke begins by channeling his Raiton chakra all around his body and sending it throughout the ground causing the surrounding ground to crack due to it force he then focuses all that chakra into his palms and slams them down onto the ground sending out a poweful bolt of electricity throughout the ground and Sasuke then begin to focus even harder to split the bolt of electricity in half to strike 2 of Nathan's clones causing them to puff into smoke

Once that is done he begins to channel a large amount of Raiton chakra into both of his palms he then slams them together and slams them down onto the ground cracking the ground around him it sends out the chakra into the ground shooting a lightning bolt throughout it once it touches the water it immediately shocks Nathans clone.

Sasuke walks up to a mid range of Nathans clone, he holds his two hands up into the air palms facing the sky and channels Raiton chakra to the very center of his palm his entire hand is covered in bolts of lightning and rays of electricity surge throughout it he brings them down at head height of the clone and focuses he releases the chakra all at once shooting a powerful and fast bolt of lightning at Nathans clone hitting it in the head causing it to disperse

I would use multiple clones to block the whip from getting to me, and then use a small fuuton technique to turn it on my opponent

Sasuke begins to channel his raiton chakra into his palm he sends it out of his palm and forms a long whip of electricity after a few seconds it grows bigger and bigger he holds it behind him and focuses on the clone he whips it straight around the clones neck strangling it and then electrifying the clone causing it to disperse

So I want you to gather up your lighting chakra in your preferred hand, and then release it as a hound shaped stream that will stay attached to your hand, and aim it towards my clone, this technique has enough power to rip though people, so test it out on my clone.

I would use this technique as a offensive and defensive technique in one blow, it can tear through multiple clones at a time.
How would you counter it:
I would counter this technique by putting a long amount of distance between myself and the jutsu, I would also counter by getting around my opponent to attack them causing them to release the jutsu

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can) :
Sasuke begins to channel his Raiton chakra into his right arm and into the center of his palm he closes his eyes and thinks about a ferocious dog, he opened his eyes and released the chakra in his palm a massive rope of electricity shoots out of his hand and after a few seconds of appearing it turns into the ferocious hound that he pictured exactly how he pictured it, he focuses it forward straight for the clone it immediately tears straight through the clone causing it to disperse into smoke.

So by gathering up lighting chakra in your mouth, you will release it as a lighting spear, this spear is release quite fast, and can also split apart to strike more then one person.

1. Cannot be standing on water if used

3. Easy to dodge possibly by jumping out of the way

I would use this technique for both offensive and in certain circumstances defensive purposes, it is great for combos with water techniques since it is quick to use etc
How would you counter it:
I can easily counter this technique by simply blowing it into the air with a fuuton technique or using clones to supress its piercing power
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can) :

Sasuke begins to channel his Raiton chakra into his mouth he focuses on the shape of a long spear, and releases the chakra quickly out of his mouth shoots a long spear of electricity that speeds towards Castiel's clone it strikes straight through the chest without slowing down it causes the clone to immediately disperse into smoke

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself but made from lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

So it's a clone, just a shadow clone. But made out of lighting. Instead of poofing away once it, it reverts back to it's previous state, so pure lighting. This clone can use up to B-rank lighting.

1. The clone if standing on water could it electrocute the water?
2. Easily dispersed when struck
3. Easy to dodge with fuuton attacks
How you would use it in battle:
I could combine this jutsu with genjutsus to think that my opponent is attacking me instead of thinking about it being a clone, i would use this technique very often to get out of sticky situations
How would you counter it:
If my opponent attempts to use this and make me think its them i can use the sharingan to see through it, I would best use my sword to disperse the clone
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can) :
Sasuke places his first 2 fingers over each other like a + and focuses his Raiton chakra, after focusing enough chakra a poof of electricity appears next to him, after the smoke clears a perfect copy of him appears all he does is think about getting the clone to perform the Lightning surge and it immediatly performs the jutsu shocking Nathan's clone
