It is easy to defend against because the enemy could simply create multiple shadow clones and confuse the user as to which one is real while he could be planning to take the user out
It is easy to counter against due to the fact that the enemy could simply throw shuriken at the enemy which means they need to brake concentration to dodge the shuriken.

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm. The user will then slam their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

With this one, I want you to gather lighting chakra in the hand that is your most dominant one, then from that release the chakra from your hand in the shape of lighting bolts that will cling onto your forearm, from that you will slam your hand on the ground to release said lighting bolts, and will send bolts of lighting all around you up to five meters.

1. Great for electrocuting an enemy standing on a water source
2. Good for combining with certain Suiton attacks
3. Due to the enemy standing on a water source it can increase its distance

1. Can be easily dodged by just jumping in the air
2. If my question is not able to be used in that way it limits its use
3. Easy to miss

How you would use it in battle:
I would use this in battle with a combo of the syrup starch field suiton technique to bind my opponent and electrocute them
How you would counter it:
If i saw the enemy using this technique and recognise it i would jump into the air or next to a nearby tree up somewhere high
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Sasuke begins to channel his Raiton chakra into all parts of his right arm, once he feels as if he has enough chakra and power he begins to focus it outside of his body the arm slowly begins to jolt with bolts of electricity and full ignites into streams of electricity he raises the arm above his head and slams it down onto the ground causing a wave of electricity to push throughout the earth and electrocute Castiel's clone
Question: Instead of slamming it into the ground can we physically hit the enemy with the electrocuted arm

Well my top 3 would be
1. Chidori: All time favourite ever since i first saw its damage against Gaara's sand and the way it can be used with combos
2. Lightning Clone: One of the best clone techniques there are it tricked the rinnegan but at the cost of high amounts of chakra
3. Thunder Clap (Kirin): Because ever since I saw this used i was in awe i loved the way Itachi had to resort to his strongest trump card and admitted that it most certaintly would have killed him

1. Discharge Palm: This technique is a very versatile and easy to control jutsu, its great for combos and other good purposes
2. Lightning Strike Horn: Well personally this jutsu reminds of a powerful rhino and ive for some reason liked rhino's for awhile due to their massive amounts of strength.
3. Lightning Blade Levitation: Well i really like this technique its one of them unique jutsus that I wouldn't even think of actually, its got that uniqueness to it thats why i like it

(Raiton: Raiton no Heki ) – Lightning Release: Lightning Release Wall

Description: The user manipulates their chakra while doing the Ox hand seal and then releases it in front of him whilst holding their hands out. By doing this, the user generates a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. The user can use this defence to shock enemy targets who attempt close range combat and deliver massive shocks to anything that comes in contact with it.

I want you to perform the Ox handseal while also gathering your raiton chakra into the palsm of your hands, when you perform the handseal, I want you to hold your hands out in front of you, which in turn you will release the chakra out in front of you and manipulate it into a wall of lighting, that can defend against some techniques, and weapons, also if the target gets to close to the wall, the wall will deliver shocks to them, or anything else that comes into contact with it.

1. Good to defend against attacks like being striked by a sword or a element like katon
2. Could electrocute a attacking enemy if they touched it
3. If possible I could use 2 arms to create 2 arms to create 2 walls

1. Can simply distract the enemy and leaves them open for a sneak attack
2. Easy to counter with a c rank wind style
3. If im on water it could electrocute myself
How you would use it in battle:
I'd use this against people like samuri's or close combat opponent's i could also use it against small-ish attacks from elements like katon
How would you counter it:
I could counter this technique by having a clone distract the enemy thinking i striked the wall but was just a clone and i attack from behind, or with a c rank fuuton technique
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Sasuke performs the Ox hand sign and places his palm out infront of himself, he channels the raiton chakra to the outside of the palms and within seconds a large wall of electricity begins to take shape with massive volts of lightning surging throughout it

Now I want you to gather up some lighting chakra then release it out in front of you, and by manlipulating the chakra, I want you to form a half dome, that you will push towards your target, as soon as it reaches your target it will cause paralyzing and shocking properties.

How you would use it in battle:
I would use this technique to push my enemy into a unknowing attack by forcing them backwards perhaps onto a sword hehe
How would you counter it:
I could counter this technique by tricking my opponent into thinking that im infront of them but it is actually a clone and i can strike from behind
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Sasuke channels his Raiton chakra back into his falms he closes his eyes and focuses, he sends the chakra to the outside of his palm into a small circle but becomes larger and larger by the second it jolts with bolt of electricity that could paralyze someone as the circle takes to its final form it turns into a massive electrifying dome he starts walking towards Nathan's clone and as soon as the dome touches the clone lightly the clone goes into a massive fit with bolts of electricity circling around his body it puffs into and it puffs into smoke

2. Great to block against quick moving attacks or a opponent running towards me.
3. If i create a clone to perform 2 domes I can trap the opponent in.

Description: The user gathers lightning chakra around his fist, generating a sphere of pure lightning around it. The user can then punch a target, unleashing the lightning in the form of a localized electrical explosion.

I want you to gather your lighting chakra up and around your fist, that will create a sphere of lighting around your fist, from that you will punch your intended target anywhere you want, which will cause the lighting to make a localized electrical explosion towards the target, so you don't get injured at all.

2. Good against people who are strong in Taijutsu as it will electrocute them up clsoe

2. Target can grab my arm and turn it on myself
3. I could electrocute myself if I am on water and it collides with it

I would always use this ability when im versing a close range target or in a dire situation and they are going for a surprise attack
How would you counter it:
I could counter this technique by simply grabbing onto the opponents arm and turning it on the user
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Sasuke begins to channel his Raiton chakra into the palm of his hand, he then molds the chakra to the outside of his skin producing a sphere like object with bolts of electricity going crazy within it, he then runs towards Nathan's clone and punches him in the get where a second afterwards a explosion of electricity hits the clone causing it to have jolts of electricity surging through its entire body it eventually turns into smoke.

(Raiton: Ikazuchi no Kiba) - Lightning Release: Fangs of Lightning

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.

Now you can either use your hand or your weapon for this technique, so for this I want you to use your weapon. Then by sending your lighting chakra into your sword, then you will release it into the clouds, thus allowing you to create lighting strikes anywhere you want, but the lighting strikes must be used once you send the chakra into the sky, cannot be delayed for example can't use in the next turn.

1. Good for hitting multiple targets
2. Accuracy can perhaps vary on the range so close range gives me much better accuracy to hit the enemy
3. Very hard to dodge
One/three disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1. The fact that it cant be delayed can stop a few combos
2. If i am forced to use a sword the enemy could somehow get me to stop focusing and drop my sword
3. I could electrocute myself if I am on water and it collides with it
How you would use it in battle:
If a enemy is constantly avoiding my single attacks i would use this jutsu to make it much more difficult to block several bolts of lightning coming for them
How would you counter it:
Perhaps i could counter this technique by succesful blocking the lightning bolts that are about to strike me with fuuton and retreat to long range
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Sasuke pulls his sword slowly from its holder he holds it infront of him and sends Raiton chakra from his arm into his palm and then into the sword filling it with Raiton chakra with surges of lightning going through it, he holds it up into the sky and sends the chakra throughout the sky into the clouds after a few short seconds dark clouds begin to appear and massive bolts of lightning start striking the ground I pull my sword down and aim it at Nathan's clone immediatly a lightning bolt comes down and completely fries the clone causing it to puff into smoke

(Raiton: Shichu Shibari) – Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

I want you to perform the seals, gather your lighting chakra up in your hands, from that I want you to slam your hands on the ground in such a way that forces the earth to shape itself into 4 big pillars around my clone. Once they have completely risen, lighting will be released from them doing good damage to whoever is inside the radius.
