1. Why do you want to learn raiton: I am currently learning Suiton so raiton combined together with Suiton is deadly with any move
2. What is raiton? Raiton, is one of the 5 basic elements and is mostly used as a offensive type fighting style with very limited defence moves
3. What is raiton strong/weak against? Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart but weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator.
4. 5 users who use raiton. Kakashi, Kakuzu, Sasuke, Nagato, Third Raikage

I walk over to sensei who is holding out the paper and grab a single slip
I start to focus my chakra through my arm and then into my finger tips
I think to myself im not quite sure how much chakra i should apply ill start with just a little bit
The chakra shoots through the finger into the paper
After a split second of me closing my eyes I open them to see that the paper is shriveled from the core out
I walk over to sensei who is holding out the paper and grab a single slip

Okay, gather up your raiton chakra up in both your hands, then manipulate the chakra to create small bolts of lighting to attack my clone. This d-rank should be used by more people, it's simple and easy; low chakra cost, can to damage or enough to at least stun your target.

[B]How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): Itachi walks over to the clone "well your clone isn't going to enjoy this" I start to mild my chakra to the outside of my body and then add in te lightning chakra I open my eyes to see little bolts of electricity around my body I try to generate more but can't so I try and conduct the electricity towards te clone I hit it in the chest an the clone disappearsNot bad, but try and make your replies a little more neat, that is why there is a template, next copy it better. ^^

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.
With this one, I want you to gather up a small amount of lighting chakra in your hand, whichever hand you want. That being done, I want you to slam your hand on the ground to release a surge of lighting, that will race across the ground and shock my clones feet, this technique isn't overly powerful, more used in conjunction with stronger attacks.

- 1. Using this technique if powerful enough could cause the ground to shake with a powerful earth technique at the same time to throw the opponent off balance
- 2. can be used with water
- 3. Can be used to distract or occupy an enemy from peforming hand signs
- 1. Not overly powerful only used for a distraction
- 2. Not really something to be used often
- 3. Quite Weak without to much damage

How you would counter it: Simply Moving back to a distance that it can not hit me or using a Wind jutsu to blow it away
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
Black walks over towards nathans clone at medium distance closes his eyes and start pushing Raiton chakra into his left hand he then begins to wave at the clone as if saying hello and 3 lightning bolts form on his first 3 fingers he then proceeds to shoot them at the clone they hit the clone and it explodes into smoke

- 2. Cant stop a enemy weaving handsigns as he will need to dodge

Okay this is rather straight forward, I want you to perform the seals, and gather your lighting chakra in your hand, which you will then release a lighting bolt from your hand, and you can hit more then one target at the same time, this technique is really overall just handy, range is good, and simple to use, and doesn't take up much time at all.

Now this technique can be used with, or without a water technique, whatever you want. But now I want you to gather up some raiton chakra in your hand; now one of two options, you can either deal a small surge of lighting to shock my clone, and release a stream of lighting at my clone, and this stream can rip though solid rock, obviously if used with a water technique more damage, but means you have to use two techniques. But adds +10 damage.
