Now to activate your lightning chakra. I want you to sit over there and concentrate on your chakra. Lose focus of everything around you and raise the frequency of your chakra. Make it flow faster and think of its properties while doing so. This special piece of paper is chakra paper. It reacts to chakra natures. Once you "activate" your lightning chakra, channel it into your hands and we'll see if you managed to shred it to pieces.

As i concentrate i focus on the properties of lightning of the speed and power of it. I then focus on my chakra so that it starts vibrating. As you remove your upper hand and reveal the chakra paper, we find it completely shredded into tiny pieces.

Well done. Now that you can manipulate your lightning chakra, all you have to do is, add shape manipulation, and once you release it from your body, shape it into any desired shape.

(Raiton no Jutsu) - Lightning Release Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra to create small bolts of lightning to attack their target.

For the first technique you'll have to release it in the shape of small bolts of lightning. Try it a couple of times at the nearby tree.

As i release it the lightning short circuits causing a few sparks. So i channel more chakra this time. I mold the lightning chakra again. But this time when i release it i release a small bolt of lighting that heads towards a nearby tree. As the bolt hits the tree it leaves a small burn mark.*

As i release it the lightning short circuits causing a few sparks. So i channel more chakra this time. I mold the lightning chakra again. But this time when i release it i release a small bolt of lighting that heads towards a nearby tree. As the bolt hits the tree it leaves a small burn mark.*

Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and slam their hand on the ground to release a surge of lightning across the ground to the opponents feet to shock them.

Simply do the same thing but this time slam your hand on the ground and make the lightning race towards the nearby tree.

Good. Pretty simple as you can see. I won't bother you with combos and usage as we're at the early stage and you're just getting the grip. You won't be using these low ranked jutsus anyway, unless purely for fun. In case you want me to, feel free to say.

After you cover yourself with lightning charge at my clone and punch him in any desired location. He won't attack you back.

Alright, now gather chakra into your hand, release it and form a small shield-like object that you will send at your opponent by mimicking a punch. Make sure to at explosive properties to the lightning, i.e just "squeeze" a lot chakra into it.

Simply release your chakra in the form of a wave of lightning bolts that will shock your opponent.

Alright. These are very straight forward, not much hassle about them. Now C rank. From now on I'd like you to include pictures for every jutsu. I suggest narutopedia as a source. In case you can't find a jutsu by its english name then try the japanese too, before giving up. Also, some jutsus simply don't have images, so you can skip those.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Same as the previous technique. Simply release a wave of lighting, depending on your needs. As the description says, it's ideal to use with water, but that goes for all lightning jutsus.

By gathering chakra in between your hands, you can mold it into a ball. After you finish shaping it, simply launch it at your opponent.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with electricity. The intense electric field protects them by electrocuting anyone who comes into contact with it, but only works for one attack.

If you're in a close combat battle this is the way to go. Simply release an electric field from your body to electrocute anything short ranged from you.

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

You can either state that there's a mountain at the beginning of the battle or you can use the scroll in the topography technique, forgot what it's called, lol. As you run towards the top of the mountain simply use your chakra to loosen some rocks that will fall on your opponent.

*I start by gathering up my lightning chakra. As i do that i perform the Snake → Upside down Tiger hanseals i then clap my hands i start running up the mountain. As im running up the mountain i release my chakra into the mountain loosening the rocks causing then to roll down the mountain.*

(Raiton: Shuurai Rappa no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Horn Technique

Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Last C rank. Simply release chakra from your arm and thrust it forward. Using shape manipulation create a horn from which bolts will jump, allowing you to attack multiple targets. Good for attacking clones but remember that with each divided bolt the attack will lose power, meaning that if you split a B rank technique into two, each of them will be a C rank. As far as this example goes, they will be D rank.
