*I close my,eyes and.focus on the chakra flowing smoothly throughout my body. I control my chakra, having it from my chakra network to out of my body. I have the chakra encircle my entire body, covering it at 360 degrees, spreading all around. I have the chakra form into a dome. I then vibrate the chakra at high speeds and a high frequency. The high vibrations transforms it into Lightning. I focus on having the Lightning stream together around me so it stays together. I then move around to test my control on it. I manipulate it so it moves along with me.*

*I begin to run towards you. As I run, I have the lightning move with me. As U get near you, the barrier begins to electrocute you, hindering your movementa. I then hit you, the lightning flowing even more into you as my fists touches you, dealing more damage.*

One question. If the user is hit with a giant water technique, what effects would it have? Can the user face some sort of electrical backlash?

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

Ok for this technique, i would like you to focus you raiton chakra creating a condensed orb.As the orb has been created i want you to throw it into the clouds. The orb then disburse and start to rain down small bits of lightning. But remember, it is only short range, but a useful technique

I concentrate the sphere to condense, transforming it into an orb. I then have the orb vibrate greatly, transforming it into Lightning. I then launch the orb of Lightning into the sky and the clouds. I have the orb stop and.float in midair. I then have the orb burst, sending down a small shower of lightning raining down, damaging the area that the orb was over greatly.*

Does the sphere have to gi into the air? Can't you just send it above the opponent slightly.

It has to go in the air. If it is just above the opponent it might not be able to extend to the range you want. Do you get what i am saying?

(Raiton: Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

Description: The user will utilize a large shuriken and channel a chidori into it. The user will then throw the shuriken charged with chidori towards the opponent resulting in paralysing them on impact. (paralysis lasts for 1 turn)
Note: Must Know Chidori

Very simple, just take a large shuriken, create a chidori and send the chakra through the shuriken. When this makes contact with the opponent, they are left paralyzed for one turn

*I take out a large shuriken and unfold it. I hold it in my right hand, my dominant hand. I then flow the chakra in my arm down to my hand. I have the chakra surround my hand, like a glove. I then have the.chakra vibrate at high speeds,.transforming it into Lightning. Due to the shape I had the chakra in before, the lightning surrounds my hand while giving off a few small bolts that is still connected to the glove of lightning around my hand. The lightning gives a noise that sounds like multiple birds chirping at once. I then stream the lightning from the Chidori onto the shuriken. I guide the lightning so it smoothly covers its every blade, taking the shape of the shuriken as it coats it. The conductivity of the shuriken makes this easier than it would be on a non-conductor substance.*

Simple technique. Just focus your lightning chakra into the atmosphere, creating thunderclouds that will rain thunderbolt on the battle field

*I channel my chakra and flow it out of my body. I have it gather up in front of me and.manifest into an irregularlly-shaped orb. I then vibrate the chakra transforming it into Lightning chakra. I then direct the chakra into the air and I have the chakra manifest and materialize. As it does, I infuse it to the surrounding atmosphere and have it form into a thundercloud. I then have the Lightning in the cloud rain down in the form of bolts, dealing massive damage to the area below.*

This is simple. You just focus your raiton chakra, as you ae in mid air crash on your opponent.

Description: The user will attack the opponent with a series of slashes with their sword hitting the opponent into the air where they then finish them off by drilling them back into the ground with a Chidori.
Note: Must know Chidori.

Simple. You just slash the opponent with your sword then, you chidori them while in mid-air, sending them crashing

(Raiton: Raikiri Nirentotsu) - Lightning Cutter Two Sequential Crashes

Description: The user first creates a slightly larger Lightning Cutter than usual with both hands, but then quickly grasps the lighning and pulls it apart into two hands. They then charge at the enemy with one Lightning Cutter, uppercutting the enemy into the air. Then the user appears above the enemy and releases all the lighting into the enemy, charging down with them in a giant cyclone of lightning.

For this you will create a larger rikiri than normal. you then use one to uppercut the opponent into the air, then use the rest of the chakra, creating a cyclone of lightning that impale the opponent.
