Okay, so the last technique you preformed was Lighting Dragon, and quite frankly, I'm satisfied with the effort you put forth. So, we'll move on to:

(Chidori Kireme) - One thousand Birds Breaker
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will deliver several punches and kicks to the opponent sending them into the air where the user will then strike a Chidori into their back.


This move is fairly useless, in my opinion, as the same result can be created by using a Chidori, which requires the same chakra amount, and the same handseals, with freeform. It doesn't have any particular advantages/disadvantages that Chidori doesn't already have.

*Creates a shadow clone.*

This is quite simple. I want you to describe the entire process of creating the chidori, and then attack my clone with a three hit combo, ending it with the chidori. Make sure to use plenty of descriptive language.

*I channel my chakra and flow down my arm and into my dominant hand. I have the chakra flow out of my hand and form an envelope, or glove, around it. Once that is complete, I vibrate the chakra with high frequency. The high vibration transforms the chakra into Lightning and the frequency gives it a chirping noise. Once the lightning has formed, it flows off of my hand in several small bolts that do no injury to me. The free form of the lightning distorts the glove shape the chakra previously had while still keeping intact. I then rush over to the clone and punch him in the face. As he is stunned from the punch, I kick him in the stomach, causing him to bend over. I then punch and kick him again, sending him upwards. As he comes down, I lunge the Chidori upwards, piercing him in the back and causing him to disperse in a puff of smoke.*

I then slice upwards, sending the clones flying up. As he goes up, the momentum causes him to spin and fall facedown. I then thrust the Chidori and drive him into the ground with tremendous force.*

Mind if I keep the bokken?

Practically the same as the two previous jutsu.

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

The handseals are listed.

A highly useful justu, do to the fact that it reaches mid-range and only requires one handseal. Due to the low-start up lag, and the good range, this a choice Raiton technique.

While mainly used as a generic "S-ranked Lightning" due to it's simplicity, it has the capability to be very dangerous to an opponent due to the fact that it can branch apart into multiple spears, for multi-angle attacks; go about it the right way, and they may not even be able to block it with a single move.

It's also preformed quite simply, as well. By focusing Raiton chakra into your hand, you'll simply direct it forward, transforming your chakra into electricity and guiding it.

A technique everyone knows.

The handseals for this technique are: Ox → Rabbit → Monkey.

I don't really have anything to say about this technique: it's just like Chidori, only more powerful. Most situations in which Chidori would be useful, this one would be as well.

Description: The user performs Lightning blade and splits it in two, then zigzags at the opponent and finishes by slamming them with lightning Cutter.


Really no different than Riakiri, this uses one Raikiri, and then splits it apart to make two. It's really, in my opinion, only superior if you intend to mix it into a freeform barage, as it gives you two opportunities to strike your opponent with the numbing lightning.

Just give it a shot; all you do is "drag" some of the electrical energy from one hand to the other.

Description: After using Dragon Fireball Jutsu to create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Can only be avoided with time/space techniques. Can only be used once per battle.

I don't think I really have to say anything about this one; you know what it's capable of.

You'll use the Dragon Fireball jutsu to create the necessary atmospheric conditions, and then using your Chidori, you'll control the magnetic charges to form the lightning bolt, which you'll give shape to with your chakra.

I then bring it up to my chest and inhale deeply. As I inhale, I form a few seals. I then exhale through my mouth, expelling the chakra. As it is released, I focus on transforming into real fire, igniting with the oxygen and creating fire. As the Katon leaves from my mouth, I split it apart and use shape manipulation to split it apart into several fireballs shaped like dragons at the end. I direct the fireballs up and into the sky. The heat of the fire causes the hot air to rise, creating thunderclouds. As the clouds form, which takes a small while, I focus chakra to my hand. I transform the chakra into Raiton and make it into a Chidori. I then flow the bolts that emit from Chidori into the thunderclouds, sparking up even more lightning. I then stream the lightning from Chidori with the natural lightning in the clouds, allowing me to control the lightning. I then transform the lightning to look like a rampaging beast. I then jump away from the clone and lower my hand, sending the Lightning-fast Kirin into the clone, blowing him apart before he even knows what's happening.*

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will then create a blinding light that appears to emanate from the users body and blind the target/s.

In the RP, I'm not quite sure how useful this is, due to it's high chakra cost, and the fact that it does NOT cast a Genjutsu, as was previously believed; because of that, this jutsu can almost literally be mimicked without any chakra by simply using a flash bomb. I suppose one advantage would be its range.

Completion of this technique is relatively simple: while forming the handseals, you'll simply compress a large amount of Raiton chakra within your body, and then release it, manipulating it to take on the form of light instead of electricity. Very simple.
