How you would use it in battle: I would us it as a first jutsu to start off a combo, to inhibit my opponent from countering.
How you would counter it: By either seeing the chakra before time with a doujutsu, to form a counter, or when hit when the technique take immediate defense. Going underground etc.

Descripton: A chidori that spreads from the users palm into lightning bolts that cover a circular area destroying all thats in its way.

Great justu. Its used a lot though. In order to use this justu you must create a chidori in your hand. Then have it spread from your palm in a circular area. The range of this justu is wide. And in some case even evasive justu like using water pillar thrust to launch yourself into the air isn't enough. As this justu is that strong.

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

This is the same as sharp spear. Create a chidori in your hand and extend it towards your target. This one will pierce your target and launch him into the air, where you'll then increase the potency of the lightning creating an electric explosion.

[B]How you would counter it:[/B] I would protect myself using Tornado Wall (S-Rank Technique), this would neutralize the technique on my end and send weak tornadoes to my opponent.

And remember for true spear you don't have to run up to them and hit them with chidori. You can just extend it off the back like sharp spear. If you don't have any other questions you're done with raiton.
