Lightning with Ciberr

I concentrate and focus my raiton chakra over the head if my oppoent shapping into a dark and large cloud form.I further concentrate this chakra until the cloud is fully charged with raiton chakra ready to steike multiple times. i then looose the lightning bolts one after another, fireing them in unpredictable patterns making it hard for my oppoent to dodge.

A combo with this technique can involved another barrage move like Phoenix Nail Crimsons , Chidori Needle. Moves that attack in great quantities used at the same time would lead to a flurry of attack, leading to a better probability of hitting the opponent.

I would counter this by finding a way from under the cloud, since the cloud can only attack was under it. Or I would disperse the cloud with a wind technique, before it could strike.

Actually it can fire lightning bolts in many directions. Not just under it. You could use peacock whirlwind formation to surround yourself with wind so it won't effect you. For the next justu I'd like you to spread out your lightning chakra into the surrounding area. Then create several orbs of lightning which spreads on among a vast area, which will shock anybody near them.

I concentrate my Raiton chakra around me and begin to shape and intensify it and bring it to around and spherical shape. I then repeat this process until I have made several (about 7) spheres of charged lightning I then spread the spheres around the enemy and connect the orbs with electricity going forth to shock my opponent vigorously.

Counter: I would use a high ranked wind technqiue like Pressure Damage , to break the lightning sphere formation and at the same time attack the opponet as it kept going forward.

I use it in battle: I would use this as one of my last moves, after getting my enemy on there toes and moing i would catch them off guard when they are surrounded and then shocked with this technique.Using it in conjuction with any move with no handseals to get the opponet moving like Wind Release:Shock Blade.

Give me a good combo in response to an A rank block of earth flying at you. Use at least 2 justu where you showcase an ability to defend and attack from an attack without doing too much.

As I see a block of earth come flying at my from my opponent, I in response immediately my focusing my Raiton chakra into my dominant right hand in large amount until the lightning starts to chirp. I then extend my hand forward as loosing the spear. The spear runs through the block of earth, vibrating the earth to pieces as it continues the opponent to shock and numb them. I then proceed to finish off my opponent, by focusing large amounts of lightning chakra, and releasing it into the ground. Going forth, tearing up all within the path of the mass of lightning until it reaches the opponent and rips him to shreds.

It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

The next justu is your first S rank lightning justu. And it's one of the best. For this justu I want you to build up your lightning release chakra into either of your hands. Raise your hands and fire off a very strong lightning spear. The spear is equally strong to a lightning justu such as Lightning Blade. You can increase the amount of spears at the expense of them being weaker compared to one. Overall great justu, one of the stronger lightning justu due to its speed and strength,

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

I focus great amounts of Raiton chakra into my hands until they begin to violent crackle, and begin to focus on shape manipulation pre forming it into a spear shape. I then position myself in range and begin to aim upon my opponent for maximum accuracy. I then loose all the chakra at one time, into a focused and extremely fast and potent spear of lightning shocking and piercing my opponent.

By template do you mean this How would you counter, how would you use this in battle, and what would you combo this with ? , that you stated a couple posts ago. You usually tell Disadvantages or Advantages. But never gave me a formal template. Just stated it once.

Counter: I would use a strong wind technique such as pressure damage, as it is lightning weakness and need to no hand seals to combat this fast jutsu.

In Battle: I would use this technique to keep my opponent off balance and attack in the most ferocious manner, given the lethality of this jutsu, using it in a combo with a fire technique for double to offensive force.

Good job. Yeah I usually do. But its good to see what you know without me saying it lol. Alright the next justu is Kirin. For special justu's like this I do them differently. You won't have to preform it. I just want you to tell me what you know about Kirin. And do you have at least B rank fire ?

Kirin is an S rank lightning technique that has to be prepared by a Long Range Katon technique of at least B-rank to warm up the atmosphere and make cumulus clouds. But not only do you need B-rank fire, the technique must be long range. Also it can only be done by preforming Chidori first to command the lighting to strike, and can only be dodged by Space/Time nin.

Great job. Just mark that word dodge. You can still block it if you can do so fast enough. If your opponent prepares the clouds, you can use the kirin yourself. Which is always a good idea lol. The next justu is one thousand birds thunderclap. Simple justu. Jump into the air and release a chidori from your hand in the form of a fast lightning bolt. Quick justu. Great justu if you're launched into the air. You do not have to post chidori for this.

I first concentrate great amounts of chakra into my right dominant hand, intensifying it and making the 1000 birds chirping sound and fully forming the Chidori. I then jump back to long range and focus on aiming at my target. I intensify the Chidori even the more as I point it at my opponent, and release it bolt form to my opponent, shocking and destroying him.

Counter: I would counter this by using fuuton pressure damage, to counter act the power of the technique with its weakness.

Use in battle: I would use this as a finishing move, or a move to counter power with power a my opponent launches a technique at me. This could probably be used with Kirin, if the opponent manages to "block it" This could over whelm the opponent with one devastating attack after another.

Alright the next justu Is lightning blade. Pretty simple. Its created the same way as chidori without the handseal. Honestly chidori is more useful than this, for obvious reasons.

I wouldn't ever use lightning blade. Its practically useless. You could also easily evade out of the way. But if you had chidori and somebody evaded it you'd have a quick way to quickly turn it into senbon or thunderstorm or something along those lines. The next justu is very simple. To use this all you need to do is preform 4 handseals and emit the light. Judging off the level of the attack we can assume the light's blinding capabilities are high and one would be blinded for a while.
