so what is it then......there are only three things that a ninja can do: 1.taijutsu 2.genjutsu 3.ninjutsu. keep in mind that saskue uses the chidori to manipulate the lightning. so far the only jutsu that dont uses hand signs is the rasengan. and if you do not have a good point i suggest that you stick to kirin been a ninjutsu.
kirin is not a ninjutsu, did you see sasuke use a hand sign to create kirin? he channeled the energy from the sky using his chidori, it was just raw energy coming from the sky ( lightning ). you should get your facts right

he used hand signs to get the clouds formed when he used the fire style, but to have the lightning in the sky that was all nature's doing, and if you realized he didn't use a hand sign for the chidori he used to channel the lightning. the reason why i say kirin is better is because it is fast and its destructive power is greater it also cannot be evaded
check narutobase.net then go to jutsu and search the name uchiha saskue then you will see /im certain that you will see kirin there as a jutsu.so are you saying that rasengan is not a ninjutsu because it doesnt use hand seals and he also use chidori to manipulate the lightning. and for the ;ast time there are only three ways a ninja fights using taijutsu, genjutsu or ninjutsu...so what is kirin then. its not a taijutsu(thats fighting) not a genjutsu(those are illusions) ..ohh luk whats next ninjutsu(things what are physical, fire,water ,wood,lightning)

To the previous person. I agree fully with you because if they get susan'oo out then you can't do anything to them until they loose their vision.

it is not a jutsu and rasengan is chakra from the user's body eventually adding their element to the attack, sasuke did not use chakra because he was all out of it and if you say to me that kirin is a ninjutsu then your also telling me that some one with water element can catch the rain from the sky and throw it on some one and that would be classified as a ninjutsu.
WRONG. it was not all natures doing.if you had a brain in your head, you would have figured it out.Sasuke used the flames to create hot air because lightning strikes when the air is hot.Kirin is undeniably a ninjutsu it is just that sasuke isn't able to master it to the point where he can create kirinon his own.
