this technique requires you to concentrate your chakra and then release it throughout your entire body to create a electrical armoour than can shock any opponent that comes in contact ( its a good basic defense if you do not like close quaters combat but will only work on certain taijutsu that doesnt use a lightning based concentration or wind based)
