Alas, this will be my first training Sensei. I will do my very best for you. I have observed others training to give me an idea of how it works and so I'm not such a noob

Who are Shinobi?
What is Chakra?
What are Basic 5 Elements?
What is the definition of Ninjutsu?

Shinobi are those who sacrifice all for the sake of their village. Their lives are usually dedicated to doing many missions for the sake and safety of their Kage, fellow Shinobi, as well as their common citizens. While most Shinobi work from the light, taking orders and missions from either a Jonin team leader or a higher official like the Kage themselves, some Shinobi operate from the shadows. Doing what needs to be done for the sake of their village, but usually entailing the grimmer work that most Shinobi either could not/would not do. There are also rouge Shinobi, who claim no land and are usually wanted for crimes or betrayal against their home villages.

Chakra is one's inner, almost spiritual-like energy. While most people are unable to tap into this, the Shinobi, when properly trained, is capable of all kinds of unbelievable things by molding their chakra and focusing it. Common examples of this are Shinobi's performing Ninjutsu techniques, focusing chakra into limbs to add power to Taijutsu attacks, sending small, concentrated amounts of chakra to their hands and feet to walk on water or walk up vertical surfaces, and also sending their chakra into others to disrupt or perform Genjutsu manipulating their opponents/comrades own inner chakra network.

The Basic 5 elements are:
*Lighting
*Earth
*Water
*Wind
*Fire

Ninjutsu is defined as 'Ninja techniques' and usually requires hand seals, as well as molded chakra to be performed. This is not always true, as some Shinobi have been shown to perforn techniques without the need for handsigns(Like Hashirama's wood techniques for example). Unlike Genjutsu, Ninjutsu is very real, and is usually used in conjunction with 1 of the 5 basic elements

Finds a nice comfy rain soaked tree stump and starts meditating. Vegeta found it hard to concentrate. He was so excited about learning lightning from his new Sensei
"I can't wait to see that Kakarot when I hit him with some lightning techs" Vegeta thought, as his mind finally settled into the meditation

ok, now i want you to meditate about all you know about Raiton, how it is used, how fast it is, what are it's advantages and disadvantages, then i want you to focus your chakra and keep releasing it little by little around you and when you combine your chakra with feeling of Lightning, you will access so-called Lightning/Raiton chakra, i want you to remember feeling you had when you accessed it

As I hear my Sensei's words, I can feel the energy building around me as he creates an electrical storm around me.
He really is powerful, and super smexy from what I'm being told I thought to myself before going back to meditating. I could feel the energy from the air itself, full of life and power. I begin thinking about the Raiton itself....
Lightning Release is one of the 5 Basic Elements. It is known as Raiton in Japanese. Lightning is greatly used as a way to pierce into the targets body and paralyze them. The power of ones Lightning technique can be greatly increased if the user utilizes Natural Lightning in the surroundings. Like Wind Release, the user can infuse their Lightning chakra with a weapon. Although not as fast as natural Lightning, it still is difficult for the enemy to dodge a Long ranged Lightning technique.
Strong Against: Water although many might argue about this; lightning is quit strong against water as it can electrify the water and can even use it against the user. Earth is the weakest element against Lightning among the Basic 5. Lighting can be easily used to penetrate any sort of Earth Release technique and at the very same time pierce through it or cancel it.
Weak Against: Wind is a natural electrical conductor and thus can easily cancel any sort of Lightning Release technique.
Neutral: Since both Fire and Lightning are in Partial State they would pass through each other.

As I continue to ponder the wonders of Raiton, I mold Raiton chakra and start releasing it little by little. I feel my own chakra becoming one with the lightning around me. As I slowly release my chakra, I can feel it's nature changing, it's power increasing. The electrical storm around me feels like it's coming from my own body at this point. So I continue to allow my chakra to flow out becoming one with the electrical storm.

wrong, you are supposed to first focus normal chakra and AFTER you combine it with Lightning thoughts it become Lightning chakra so again

I gather chakra while I concentrate and think about lightning, and it becomes lightning chakra flowing all around me in a beautiful electrical storm combining with the lightning around me
