Okay channel your lightning chakra through the hand you write. Then radites it out and manipulate it into a hound that is attached to your hand with a bolt of lightning

No. I haven't done any at all. For Regular Ninjutsu or Taijutsu

Well I need for you to find a teacher that can teach you both because the last B rank jutsu is a Shadow clone jutsu and you can't learn it till you learn the normal shadow clone jutsu. Also most of the A rank and S rank jutsu require taijutsu speed. So you have to learn taijutsu to learn. Plus these are my requirements and Kakashi's.
